Hello there this is Moira and this guided meditation is intended to give you a sense of having a wee walk with your guide your own special guide however that feels to you and so to begin just get into your favorite meditation position that could be lying down or sitting with your feet comfortably on the floor your spine nice and upright taking a few nice deep slow breaths and then gently closing your eyes to enter into this meditation process this practice and so I'd like you to visualize to the best of your ability visualize yourself in a long dark tunnel just imagine feel or sense yourself here it's a large tunnel with plenty of space and at the end of the tunnel is a small white light continuing to breathe calmly and easily relaxing more and more just feel yourself gently moving as if you're floating along this tunnel moving toward that white light knowing that you're completely safe safe and secure and as you move down through this tunnel you draw closer and closer to that white light as you draw closer and closer to the white light the white light becomes bigger and bigger brighter and brighter bigger brighter and whiter until you're right up to that big bright white light big bright white light right in front of you you're not floating anymore you're standing but it feels as though you're stepping on soft fluffy clouds which gradually evaporate into the path upon which you're standing right now now I'm going to count to three and at the count of three I want you to step into that light in your mind's eye still feeling so very calm relaxed and peaceful so one two three and you're now standing in that light it is a pure white light just allow yourself to bask in that and feel the light streaming down through the crown of your head feel the white light being drawn downward through your body your head neck shoulders and arms your chest stomach thighs your complete legs and your feet that beautiful beautiful bright white light is in you you are in the light you are the light the light is love and you are the light you are love you are protected by your own positive psychic energy field your beautiful white light you are in the light and the light is in you you feel that beautiful vibrant white light cleansing your whole body your whole mind and your soul feel the beautiful white light lifting away any tensions any negativities anything that worries you or any thoughts that are bringing you down just allow them to be lifted away as you feel the healing energy of this white light this is your light you are the light you're protected by your own positive energy your own light your own vibrant beautiful bright white light you stay here in the light for a while longer feeling the healing energy of the light feeling cleansed peaceful and thoroughly protected safe and secure you you you Feeling completely at ease.

As if you've found your ideal perfect spot just for you.
To allow yourself to be completely at peace.
As you descend into a deep,
Cool,
Enchanted garden where your guide greets you.
This guide,
Your guide,
Looks like light.
Gowned in a silky,
Translucent fabric.
And its breath is a mingling of breeze,
Birds singing and the sighing of leaves.
Your guide.
Your personal special guide.
An apparition of light that filters through ancient forests.
Whose voice kind of reminds you of water drawn up through the roots of trees.
In this space,
Your perfect ideal place with your guide.
You get to choose the topic of meditation,
Contemplation or discussion.
Just let go and enjoy this space and time.
Just let go and enjoy.
You may want to stay here longer knowing that you can come back anytime you wish to but for now it's time to return back into the light.
Step into your light seeing the brightness and feeling the warmth.
It's so wonderful here.
You're feeling so relaxed and so calm.
And in a moment you're going to come all the way back to the here and now where you are.
So just focusing on your breathing nice deep deep breath.
