Kainara é carioca, pós graduada em Neurociências e Comportamento pela PUC/BR. É Coach e Mentora pelo ILM/UK, possui treinamento em Meditação Mindfulness e prática de Respiração Pranayama, formações feitas em UK, onde vive. É praticante de yoga e meditação há mais de 25 anos e Instrutora de yoga e yoga para gestantes, ambas formações acreditadas pelo Yoga Alliance de UK. Kainara é co-fundadora do MeditYoga Ltd, onde oferece aulas e workshops online e presencial de yoga com exercícios de respiração e meditação guiada para mulheres, um trabalho voltado a autodesenvolvimento. Kainara is originally from Rio and she has a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from PUC/BR. She is a Coach and Mentor accredited by ILM/UK, and she holds certificates in Mindfulness Meditation and Pranayama Breathing practice from the UK, where she currently resides. Kainara has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years and she is a qualified Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga Teacher, with both trainings accredited by the Yoga Alliance UK. She also holds qualifications in Chakra Yoga and has a keen interest in the Yoga philosophy. Along with her co-founder, Kainara runs MeditYoga Ltd, a platform where she offers online and in-person yoga classes and workshops, including breathing practices and guided meditation for women interested in self-development.
