I am a C-IAYT (Certified Yoga Therapist) and Yoga Teacher who specializes in back pain, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, grief, pre/post natal. Yoga Therapy is a therapeutic, individualized variation to the practice. This approach to Yoga takes into account our unique situations and invites the practice to be molded to suit us, rather than us to suit the practice.
