You’ve achieved things on paper, maybe even ticked the boxes of career, fitness, or relationships, but inside, something still feels off. You feel numb. Disconnected. Like you're going through the motions but not really here. That used to be me. I’m Andre, a Men’s Health & Shadow Work Coach. For years, I was emotionally shut down constantly in “do” mode, chasing progress, but avoiding the parts of myself I didn’t know how to face. Growing up without a stable father figure, I internalised shame, hid my insecurities behind control, and battled depression, body image issues, and burnout in silence. What changed my life wasn’t another productivity hack. It was through Shadow Work that I learned to meet the uncomfortable parts of myself with compassion, structure, and honest reflection. Through that work, I found purpose, emotional clarity, and a version of masculinity that feels real, not performative. Now, I help men do the same. My meditations are just the entry point a space to start feeling again. To slow down and reconnect to what’s actually going on underneath the surface.
