This is the final meditation of the course,
And it's different from the others,
Because this one isn't about learning something new.
It's about integrating everything you've learned over the past four weeks.
And connecting with the version of yourself.
But it's still there.
You've done the work.
You've shown up.
You face things most men spend their whole lives avoiding.
And that's changed you,
Even if you can't fully see it yet.
This meditation is about anchoring.
That change.
Making it real.
Making it yours.
Find a comfortable seated position.
Feet on the floor.
Hands resting wherever feels natural.
Close your eyes when you're ready.
Let's begin.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Let it be audible.
Let it carry whatever you're holding.
Breathe in.
One more time.
And let it go.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Press them down slightly and feel the earth holding you.
You're supported.
You're here.
Feel the weight of your body in the chair.
You sit bones rooting down.
Your spine lengthening.
You're grounded.
Your present.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Just notice it,
The rise and fall.
The rhythm.
You don't need to change it.
Just be with it.
Let yourself settle here.
Let yourself arrive fully.
This is your moment.
Your space.
Your practice.
You've been on a journey these past four weeks,
And today we're going to honour that.
We're going to reflect on how far you've come and we're going to step into who you're becoming.
Take one more grounding breath in and out.
And out.
Let's take a moment to acknowledge the work you've done.
In week 1 you learnt about your nervous system.
You learned how to ground yourself.
How to widen your window of tolerance.
How to stay present even when your body wanted to fight.
Flea.
Or shut down.
Think back to the beginning of this course.
How regulated were you then?
How often were you reactive?
Dysregulated?
Stuck in your head?
And now,
What's shifted?
In week two,
You went into the shadow.
You looked at your projections.
You saw how you've been blaming others for parts of yourself you couldn't face.
You started owning your triggers instead of making them someone else's fault.
What projection did you uncover?
What part of yourself did you reclaim?
What pattern are you finally seeing clearly?
In week three,
You reconnected with your inner authority.
You learn to trust your God.
To make decisions from your knowing instead of seeking everyone's approval.
You stopped abandoning yourself.
What decision have you made?
Or are you ready to make?
That you've been avoiding.
Where are you finally trusting yourself?
And this week.
You've been learning about boundaries and leadership.
About how to honor yourself while staying in relationship with others.
About what it means to lead from integrity.
What boundary have you set?
Or are you about to set?
That you've been afraid to name.
All of this work,
Every lesson,
Every meditation,
Every uncomfortable moment has been shaping you.
You're not the same man who started this course,
You're becoming someone different.
Someone grounded,
Someone conscious,
Someone real.
Take a breath and let yourself feel that.
Now I want you to imagine yourself six months from now,
A version of you who has continued this work who has kept practicing,
Who has stayed committed to showing up as a grounded man.
See him cleared.
This future version of you.
What does he look like?
How does he carry himself?
Notice his posture,
His presence.
He's not performing,
He's not trying to impress anyone.
He's just solid,
Grounded,
Clear.
This man has integrated what you've been learning.
He regulates his nervous system when he gets activated.
He doesn't blow up or shut down.
He pauses,
Breathes and responds from his centre.
He owns his shadow.
When he feels triggered.
He asks.
What is this showing me about myself?
Instead of blaming others.
He trusts his gut.
He makes decisions without needing constant validation.
He acts on what he knows to be true.
He holds boundaries.
He says what he means and means what he says.
He honors himself without apology.
This version of you is leading his life,
Not reacting to it,
Not being tossed around by circumstances or other people's emotions.
He's grounded in his own center.
Now step closer to him.
Look him in the eyes.
See the calm there.
The clarity.
The strength that doesn't need to prove itself.
Ask Him.
What do I need to know right now?
What do I need to keep doing?
What do I need to let go of?
And then listen.
Let him speak to you.
And his wisdom come through.
Maybe he tells you to stop overthinking.
To trust your process.
To keep showing up even when it's hard.
Maybe he tells you to stop abandoning yourself,
To set that boundary.
To have that conversation.
Maybe he just looks at you and says.
.
.
You're already on the path.
Keep going.
Whatever he says,
Receive it.
Take it in.
This is your own wisdom speaking to you.
From the part of you that already knows what you need.
Now imagine stepping into him.
Merging with this future self.
You become him.
He becomes you.
There's no separation.
Feel what it's like to be him.
Grounded.
Clear.
Present.
Trusting yourself.
Leading from integrity.
This is who you're becoming.
Not someday.
Now.
In this moment.
Take a deep breath as this version of yourself.
In.
And out.
Now place both hands on your heart.
Feel the warmth of your own hands.
Feel your heartbeat underneath.
You've done the work.
You've shown up.
And now,
It's time to commit.
Not to perfection,
But to the practice,
To continuing this path even when it gets hard.
Say these words to yourself,
Silently or aloud.
Let them be your vow.
I commit to staying grounded even when I'm triggered.
I commit to owning my shadow.
Instead of projecting it onto others.
I commit to trusting my God.
And acting on what I know to be true.
I commit to setting boundaries and honouring myself without apology.
I commit to leading my life from integrity,
Presence,
And truth.
Feel the weight of these commitments.
Feel them settle into your body.
Into your bones.
This is who you are now.
You will forget these commitments sometimes.
You will get dysregulated.
You will project.
You will abandon yourself.
That's being human.
But the difference is,
You'll notice,
And you'll come back.
That's the practice.
That's the path.
Take one final deep breath.
In.
And out You are a grounded man.
Not because you're perfect.
But because you're committed to the work.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
You just completed the four-week journey.
But this isn't the end.
It's the beginning.
Everything you've learned.
Your nervous system.
Your shadow.
Your inner authority.
Your boundaries.
This is now yours to practice,
To refine.
To live.
Come back to these meditations as often as you need.
Use the tools you've been given.
Keep showing up for yourself.
You've got this.
And remember,
You're not doing this alone.
There are men walking this path with you.
Find them.
Connect with them.
Support each other.
This is the work of becoming whole.
Of becoming grounded.
Of becoming the man you're meant to be.
Thank you for trusting me with your journey.
Stay grounded,
Brother.
See you on the path.
