Welcome,

Welcome to this guided meditation on healthy slimming.

All the background music has sound healing benefits that aid you to become physically grounded.

This is essential when in a meditated state.

And also focusing on the heart to aid empowerment,

Feeling new again.

So please allow the music put together as I wish to work with the earth vibration sound and the heart vibration sound for maximum benefit for you.

The sounds of the music will analyse you,

Empower you and let the words also empower the mind.

You will need a glass of water near you.

Please feel free to use this track anytime you need a boost.

And the power of repetition such as played daily should benefit you more on reaching your goal on slimming down.

So please let's get started by standing for a moment and stretch the whole body.

Then brush yourself off as if you were removing a layer of dust.

Begin by starting to stroke the hair on the head.

Then stroke down the shoulders.

Stroke down the arms.

Brush the front of you and brush the back.

Brush the legs and shake the feet and shake the hands.

What we have just done is removed ode energy in your aura.

That invisible glow around a person.

This is preparing you for meditation,

Bringing in the newness.

Then get nice and comfortable now either sitting down or laying down.

Please keep the body temperature nice and warm.

Let's still our busy minds and body by closing those eyes.

And as we close those eyes let's focus on you right now.

With one deep breath in we can let the whole body physically relax,

Relax.

We do not wish to work with the body but the mind.

So let all the body muscles starting in the face,

Those expressions,

Let them switch off.

And just like a row of donimos let it flicker down the rest of the body.

Switching off the shoulders.

Switching off the arms.

Switching off the hands.

Switching off the chest and the tummy.

Switching off the back.

Switching off the legs.

Until we lastly switch off the feet.

And the feet are now ready to be grounded,

To be anchored to Mother Earth.

Acknowledge the feet are naturally shaped to walk on beautiful Mother Earth.

And hold the body strong.

And in a way the feet have roots as they always touch the ground.

And anchored in this moment now before the mind journey begins.

Taking in another relaxing breath in.

Let's breathe in some lovely white light.

Imagine white light and breathe it in to the body.

Breathing in white light into the aura.

And surround you in a cocoon of pure white light.

To relax you.

To calm you.

To protect you.

To rest your physical body now.

Feeling gentle.

Feeling soft.

Resting in waves of white light.

Allow the whole body to surrender in this light and in love.

Going deep within ourselves.

Deeper within to connect with our heart and our mind.

And make them one.

You may wish to touch your heart and your forehead now.

Breathing in slow and long.

Connecting with our heart and our mind.

And make them one.

Going deeper and deeper.

Tell your subconscious mind to listen now.

And accept these words of wisdom.

Listening to the words of wisdom.

Now we recognize we have had a past.

And a present and have a future.

We have learned many things from our past.

Regarding the topic of our body weight,

Body size and body energy.

Wish now to take our bodies into the future.

Full of health and realizing the present is the key to getting there.

We know inside how to shed the weight.

We know the rules are mostly simple and straightforward.

We know the key to a slimmer,

Healthier you is following the rules,

The guidance,

The steps on a daily basis.

All we need to do is to surrender to and obey the rules that want us to be slimmer again.

Slin down,

Very happy.

Now your tummy is like a coal fire that burns calories and the tummy requires,

Needs just 4 regular meals per day.

So that the tummy can burn them off regular and give you energy throughout the day.

Your tummy also asks for more and more water to drink to replenish its energies and flush out all body toxins.

Your tummy wants to feel well again.

To feel comfortable,

Nourished,

Replenished and respected.

So you are going to work together with respect by simply serving it and your body 4 meals a day.

A morning breakfast,

A midday lunch,

An afternoon tea and an evening meal.

This allows the tummy to burn energy off naturally with a sense of wellbeing for you.

Remember water is also your best friend with meals and between meals moving the body weight up.

And portion control,

Just surrender to eat normal,

Normal portions knowing you will always eat again with a good natural appetite.

Get back to your life by surrendering to the natural rules of slimming down.

Get back your life,

Your time to do more things that make life beautiful.

Be generous in other ways,

Pamper your body,

Find your femininity,

Fall in love with yourself all over again.

Remember anything is achievable with focused energy.

With love as your guide,

Life can be beautiful for you.

Ready to do the work,

Decide now ways to add body aware exercise.

Allowing the body to feel the joy of movement that releases tightness,

Releases stiffness,

Releases stress by gently adding movement and energy for the body to do.

Let the body rejuvenate itself.

Let the body have a walk in the outside air to move its legs,

To stretch,

Seeing yourself getting becoming a stronger person,

A fitter physical person,

A sound clear body of good,

Good energy.

Remembering portion control with meals and sweeter things.

This is a lifestyle of feeling self love for you.

Remembering water is and will always be your best friend.

It's clear liquid flushing the weight off safely and correctly.

We are now focused on the present and the future of the slimmer slimming down you.

This is a recipe for success.

You know the secret,

You know what to do.

It's time to step into the answer of being slim again.

Your reward is a pleasure.

Your reward is a delight,

Absolute joy that mirrors you back from the outside and the inside.

Take a breath in,

Blow out fully with thanks.

We will now repeat 10 statements that I will guide you through that you will not only repeat but feel the statement.

I am focused on doing it.

The slimmer me.

And number 10,

I connect to the slimmer me.

Take a breath in deep and slow.

Smile inside.

We have now taken all the knowledge and all the wisdom to a slimmer you.

Allow the heart to feel the strength of love and let that love radiate all inside and outside the heart and the mind as one.

Feel in love with yourself.

Love is the power.

Now let love be your rock.

Breathe love in and breathe love out.

Let's focus finally on power breath and prepare our return to the here and now.

Taking in energetic breaths to energize the physical body.

Getting ready to flow with life and love and slimming down.

Time now to begin to return to the now and now.

One last big yawn and stretching the body,

Physically stretching and waking up.

Opening the eyes fully wide open,

Eyes open.

Feeling really good now on the right path to slimming down.

Focused,

Feeling happy.

It's time to drink some water and enjoy the new.
