Breathe in for the count of 3,

Hold for the count of 3,

Exhale for the count of 6 and hold for the count of 3.

Imagine a dazzling bright light shines over you from crown to foot.

The light eliminates every shadow,

It eases away every stress,

Every worry,

Every tension as you embrace and welcome it into the core of your being.
