Connect to Mother Earth from anywhere! An incredibly healing practice. I picked up my phone to record this spontaneously so I hope you don't mind the audio quality. If you can, getting out into Nature is of course the best healing... but when we can't connect with her physically, we can create a beautiful and powerful mental connection.
