Welcome.
Today we're going to do a meditation to help us manifest the things that we want in our lives.
Be it physical,
Be it material,
Be it spiritual.
As always we start in a quiet place.
Find that quiet place in your home.
Or if you're not home,
Find a quiet place where you are.
Place both feet flat on the floor and both palms flat on your thighs.
Back erect,
Chin slightly tucked down.
Take three deep breaths through your nose and blow out through your mouth.
Now.
As you breathe,
Feel your feet.
Feel your hands.
Feel your chest.
Feel your neck.
Feel your face.
Just take three more breaths.
Feeling each part of our body with each breath.
And.
Now we're going to use our imagination.
Inside of your mind with your eyes closed,
See yourself sitting inside of a room.
You can make this room wherever you want it to be,
As long as it's someplace where you feel absolutely comfortable.
It can be a place from your past,
It can be a place from your present,
It can even be a place from your future.
But go there now.
In this room,
There's going to be a golden stool in front of you.
See it there.
See the golden stool in front of you and also see the other surroundings in the room.
Whether there's furniture,
Whether there's windows,
Whether it's just a white room or a dark room.
Make sure you see a golden stool in front of you.
Doesn't matter how tall it is,
As long as it's a stool.
Now continue to breathe and I want you to think about something that you want in your life.
Again,
It could be something physical like to get stronger or it can be something material,
Like more wealth or financial freedom.
It could be something spiritual like being more connected to yourself,
To your purpose.
Whatever it is,
Take a few minutes and think about what it is that you want.
Continue to breathe.
Whatever it is that you want should be the most important thing for you right here,
Right now,
Today.
When you have that thing in your mind,
I want you to place that thing,
See it in the room,
Place that thing on the golden stool.
Now see it there.
If it's you getting stronger,
Then you see a vision of you on the stool,
Working out,
Getting stronger with the body that you desire.
You could see a stack of money on the stool.
If it's connectedness,
You can see yourself there on the stool,
Happy and connected.
Whatever it is you want,
See it there on the stool.
Now make it go away.
Now on the stool,
Now I want you to picture an apple.
See it there.
Hold the image of the apple.
Take it away.
Now I want you to see an image of a banana.
Put it on the stool.
See it.
Take the details of it.
Take it away.
Take the image of the banana.
Now that thing that you want,
I want you to put it back on the stool.
But this time,
Not only see it,
But feel it.
All the feelings associated with that thing.
Feel it.
If you need to smile,
Smile.
Just continue to breathe.
Feel it.
Now open your eyes.
Continue to breathe.
Continue to breathe.
This meditation should be practiced once or twice a week,
Or at least a month.
What it's showing you is that everything you want to create in your life,
You can create.
It starts in the mind and it will manifest.
And it's not just seeing it,
But it's also feeling it.
They say seeing is believing.
Feeling is believing.
When you feel it and see it,
Something special happens inside the body that help these things manifest themselves on a real plane.
That manifestation may come to you in an idea of how to get to where you need to go.
It may not just appear in your life,
Although I've seen that happen as well,
But it may be in the form of someone you meet.
You also need to be sensitive as you're doing this exercise and seeing and feeling a manifestation of this thing that there are going to be other things coming to you in your life to help you manifest that thing.
Don't ignore it.
Accept it.
