If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or pulled in too many directions, this course offers a simple way to come back to yourself. Not all at once, but piece by piece. This 8-part series includes short, guided meditations designed to support you in feeling more grounded, clear, and steady. Each session is 3 to 5 minutes and can be taken one day at a time or revisited whenever you need it. You’ll explore how to settle your body and release tension, regulate your nervous system through breath, reclaim your energy and attention, let go of what isn’t yours to carry, feel more connected, present, and supported, and expand a sense of calm and anchor it into your body. These practices are simple, repeatable, and designed to fit into real life, not just meditation. Perfect for moments of overwhelm, transitions in your day, or anytime you want to feel more grounded and clear. Please note that for your safety, you should not listen to these practices while driving or operating heavy machinery.


Meet your Teacher

Lindsey Simmonds is an intuitive guide, Reiki Master, meditation teacher, and sound healer who believes peace is something we cultivate through small, intentional practices rather than something we wait to find. Her work integrates mindfulness, breath, energy awareness, and nervous system regulation into simple experiences that help people return to themselves with greater ease. She is passionate about making meditation approachable, practical, and deeply restorative for everyday life.
