A quiet sense of ease. A breath that deepens when something feels true. In this course, you will learn how to recognize and trust the signals your body sends every day. Through short teachings and guided practices, we explore how the nervous system detects safety, how truth settles into the body, and how intuitive knowing often appears as sensation rather than thought. These sessions are gentle, experiential invitations to slow down and listen more closely to your body’s intelligence. Over the course of six tracks you will learn to: • recognize the physical signals of inner knowing • understand how the nervous system scans for safety • notice the difference between mental analysis and embodied truth • reconnect with the quiet guidance already present within you This course is for anyone who feels ready to move out of constant mental analysis and begin trusting the deeper wisdom of the body.


Meet your Teacher

Lindsey Simmonds is an energy practitioner, intuitive guide, and meditation teacher whose work centers on helping people reconnect with the wisdom of the body. Through her Reiki sessions, intuitive guidance, sound healing, and embodiment-based practices, she has spent years observing how clarity often emerges when mental over analysis softens and energy is allowed to move through the whole system. Her approach is shaped by direct client experience, a deep interest in emotional and energetic healing, and a longstanding exploration of spirituality, embodiment, and inner transformation.
