Lição 1
Your Relationship With Gratitude
In the first session, our journal prompts will focus on your personal relationship with gratitude. This includes exploring what you learned about gratitude as a child and what gratitude looks like for you now in your life, including when you like or do not like to express gratitude and how you express it.
Lição 2
Gratitude Blocks - Part 1
In the second session, our journal prompts will focus on blocks to expressing gratitude. I define a few of the most common blocks and give you a chance to explore what your blocks are and how you can begin to release them.
Lição 3
Gratitude Blocks - Part 2
In our third session, we continue journaling on our gratitude blocks, specifically looking at how we can start to shift our perspective on these blocks and gratitude itself.
Lição 4
Gratitude For Others
In our fourth session, our journal prompts will focus on expressing gratitude for others in our lives. Our first few prompts will focus on building a list of who we are grateful for, and then we'll end by writing a short thank you note to one of those individuals.
Lição 5
Gratitude For Self
In our fifth session, our journal prompts focus on expressing gratitude for yourself. You'll dive into what others have seen in you, what you like about yourself, and the times where you've witnessed your own strength. You'll then write a thank you note to yourself.
Lição 6
Gratitude For Life Experiences
In our sixth session, our journal prompts focus on expressing gratitude for our life experiences. These prompts remind us that our ability to simply be, do, and feel is worthy of gratitude.
Lição 7
Gratitude For Challenges
In our seventh session, our journal prompts focus on expressing gratitude for life's challenges, big and small. We often learn the most from our challenges, and that's something to be grateful for.
Lição 8
Your Gratitude Practice
Now that we've spent a few days exploring gratitude, in our eighth and final session, our journal prompts focus on defining what we want our personal gratitude practice to look like going forward.
