Finding Your Center & Your Vibration
Once you've found the place and posture for your meditation, it's time to settle in and realign with our center. Once we do this, we can then start to observe our thoughts and emotions in a way that we discover our own vibration. These are both key parts of our success in this meditation practice.

Finding The Stillness & Motion In One And Letting Go
As we progress in our meditation practice, we will notice a stillness within. At the same time we are in perpetual motion and you will feel this at the same time. This will bring us to the point of letting go.

An Actual Whole Body Meditation
Today, we will bring all of the lessons of this week together into an actual whole-body meditation. I think you'll be pleased with the end product as we continue with this practice.
