What Is The Biblical Concept Of Soul Care?
In this lesson we learn: The difference between soul and spirit. What does it mean to biblical care for your soul? How do you practically care for your soul? Why soul care is important. What the difference is between self-care and soul care. We end with a moment of silence and stillness, a much needed respite for the soul.

Embracing The Depths Of Rest Through A Biblical Lens
For the Christian the importance of submitting to God can’t be overstated. It’s impossible to care for you soul without yielding to the one that created it and gave us guidance for its tender loving care.

Scripture Reading And Prayer - The Fullness Thereof
In this lesson we will learn about the nine types of prayer and how prayer allows us to care for our soul. Prayer allows us to communicate with the Lord our needs and desires, to intercede for others and this world. There is a a filling of our soul when we pray that strengthens, softens and illuminates our hearts and minds to step into God's plan for our lives.

Reflection, Self Evaluation, Renewal - Be Teachable
In this lesson we'll discuss the importance of moments of reflection and self evaluation and renewal. There's a saying that many older people can stand by. "You may not understand right now, but keep living." As we grow, learn and mature our perspectives should change to reflect the new information we now have. Nothing is worse than being 50 but still thinking like you did at 30. It means you're stuck, no new lessons regardless of the availability of new information. Being unteachable keeps your soul dry and tight and prevents you from tapping into your full potential. Let's delve into the value of looking back so we can look forward in wisdom that soothes and fortifies our souls.

Fellowship With The Saints
We grow in community that grows us. At the beginning of this course we discussed what soul care from a biblical perspective looked like. One of the ways we care for our soul is by communing with Lord and communing with others. We need people in our lives that pour into us to help us become the person the Lord created us to be. We need people that encourage us, push us, challenge us and call us to the best version of ourselves. It is the Lords desire that we grow and prosper even as our soul prospers. Prosper has nothing to do with money, it has to do with the content of our character, prospering in love, in hope, in faith, in wellbeing, in relationships. We need fellowship with the Saints to grow and prosper, even as our soul prospers
