This first lesson is an introduction to intuition and we’re going back to intuitive basics: what is intuition, how does it work, and why is it even important? Interesting to learn about the different types of intuition. I had painted the violet flame before, several times, while recovering from surgery. That's what caught my eye about this course and I will revisit that meditation. It was a good fit for what I had already painted not knowing why.
