Begin by settling into a comfortable seated position,

Allowing your eyes to softly close.

Take a moment to inhale deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any tension held within your body.

Direct your attention to your breath.

Observe the natural rhythm of your inhalations and exhalations without the need to control or modify them.

Be fully present with each breath,

A witness to your breath.

Be fully present with each breath,

A witness to its gentle dance.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Shift your awareness to the present moment.

Notice the sensations in your body.

The sounds reverberating around you.

And the thoughts and emotions passing through your being.

Allow everything to be as it is,

Without judgement or attachment.

Envision yourself standing at the centre of a vast and tranquil space.

Picture a soft,

Radiant light enveloping you.

Emanating a profound sense of calm and stillness throughout your entire being.

Recite the following affirmations silently or aloud.

I am present in this moment.

I fully embrace the here and now.

I release all distractions and worries.

Repeat these affirmations.

Repeat these affirmations as many times as you desire.

Feeling their resonance and truth within your being.

While maintaining deep conscious breathing,

Let go of any thoughts,

Emotions or sensations that may draw you away from the present moment.

Visualise them gently floating away,

Like wisps of clouds drifting across the sky.

Take a moment to appreciate the tranquility and serenity that arise from being fully present.

Allow yourself to bask in the profound stillness and calm that permeate your being.

When you're ready,

Gradually open your eyes,

Grounding yourself in the present moment before continuing with your day's endeavours.
