Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Just allowing any tension to melt away as you find yourself relaxing deeper and deeper into your breath.
Take another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and sigh it out,
Becoming more and more relaxed.
Continue breathing like this and gently draw your awareness to the crown of your head.
Picture a glowing white light pouring over you,
Filling you up from the crown of your head to your tippy toes.
From this relaxed place,
It's time to draw in and reflect on some of the many beautiful things in your life that you have to be grateful for.
Sometimes,
Especially being moms and with so much going on and often feeling overwhelmed,
It's easy to lose sight of the many,
Many beautiful blessings in our life.
But the frequency of gratitude has a very high vibration.
It can instantly switch your mood.
It's important to practice gratitude every day.
Now allow your awareness to go to the many blessings in your life,
Big and small.
The roof over your head,
The air in your lungs,
The food in your belly,
The love that surrounds you,
The incredible humans that you call friends and family and your health.
We will take a long pause of silence for you to continue to draw into your mind's eye all of the many,
Many blessings in your life.
And as each image appears,
Silently say the words,
Thank you to the blessing.
Do it with all sincerity and really feel the warmth and gratitude in your heart.
How does it feel?
Savor in the feeling and allow it to expand.
Now.
You And now I invite you to come back gently into your body still feeling the incredible energy of gratitude surrounding you.
