Welcome to the Harmonizing Heart Meditation,

An exploration of soothing energies inspired by Richard Arndt's applied kinesiology work.

In this session we will delve into the heart meridians,

Utilizing the flower essence of the vein and the power of affirmations to bring balance to your being.

In our fast-paced lives it's common to experience high strong mental processes.

The ceaseless whirlwind of thoughts and emotions that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected.

These patterns often arise due to the demands of modern living,

Excessive responsibilities and the pressures we place on ourselves.

The constant mental chatter can lead to stress,

Anxiety and even physical discomfort.

High strong mental processes are often a result of the mind's attempt to manage multiple tasks,

Expectations and challenges simultaneously.

It's like juggling too many balls in the air,

Leaving us mentally and emotionally fatigued.

Over time this can lead to an imbalance in our energy systems,

Affecting our overall well-being.

Acupressure points like the GV20 point we're focusing on today,

Play a crucial role in traditional Chinese medicine.

By applying gentle pressure to these points we can simulate the body's energy flow,

Promoting relaxation and alleviating stress.

The GV20 point located at the top of the head is associated with the governing vessel meridian.

It's often referred to the meeting of a hundred points and its activation helps diffuse excessive mental energy,

Bringing harmony to both mind and body.

When we apply pressure to acupressure points we facilitate the release of blocked energy,

Allowing it to flow freely through the meridians.

And this promotes a sense of balance,

Relaxation and well-being.

And the benefits extend beyond the physical realm,

As acupressure also has the potential to calm the mind,

Improve mental clarity and support emotional equilibrium.

As we move forward in this meditation we'll call upon the healing energy of the vein and the power of affirmations to further ease high-strung mental patterns and embrace a state of harmony.

I invite you now to take a moment to find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.

Inhale deeply through your belly and as you exhale release any tension you may be holding.

Let your breath guide you into a state of relaxation.

Today our intention is to shift the attitude of high-strung mental processes and the relentless overextension of energies into a state of all-encompassing love.

We will commit to encouraging everyone,

Including ourselves,

To actualize their true potential.

Through this practice we will cultivate relaxation and align our personal will with universal will.

Now let's focus on the flower essence we'll be working with today.

Vervain,

A bark flower remedy.

Vervain supports us in finding balance and releasing tension.

And as we call in the energy of Vervain envision its soothing and calming properties surrounding you.

Place your hand gently on top of your head right at the GV 20 acupressure point.

It is located on the highest place of the head where all the yang meridians meet.

This point is known to help diffuse energy and promote harmony within the body.

Take a deep breath in through your belly allowing the breath to flow smoothly and effortlessly.

And as you exhale release any stress,

Tension or scattered thoughts.

Feel yourself becoming more grounded and centered with each breath.

Let's take two more deep breaths in this manner.

Inhaling relaxation and exhaling any distorted energy.

Now let's work with affirmations to shift our mindset.

Repeat after me either silently or out loud.

I release the grip of high-strung mental processes.

I am at peace with my thoughts and emotions.

I release the need for overextension and overexertion.

I am in balance and harmony with my energy.

I choose to embrace all-encompassing love.

I encourage the growth and actualization of all beings.

I align my personal will with the universal will.

I trust in the flow of life.

Feel the resonance of these affirmations within you.

Let them settle into your heart space creating a sense of alignment and tranquility.

As you continue to breathe deeply imagine a warm and gentle light radiating from your heart center.

This light represents the love and harmony you are cultivating within yourself.

Let it expand with each breath enveloping your entire being in its soothing embrace.

Stay in this space of heart centered awareness allowing the energy of the vein and the power of your intentions to guide you.

Feel the calmness spreading throughout your body,

Your mind like ripples in a tranquil pond.

And whenever you're ready gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers and toes slowly coming back to the present moment.

When you open your eyes carry the sense of balance,

Love and alignment with you.

Remember that your journey toward harmonizing your heart and easing high strong mental patterns is a continual process.

By acknowledging these patterns and nurturing yourself through practices like acupressure and meditation you're taking significant steps towards achieving inner balance and well-being.
