Lição 1
I Am A Spiritual Writer
This lesson goes beyond the conscious mind and directly addresses the unconscious mind, the part of you that never sleeps, the part of you that is always listening to the thoughts you think, the words you speak, the choices you make, the everyday action you take. This lesson consists of a number of affirmations to help reprogram any negtative thoughts and beliefs held in the deeper layers of the unconscious mind. Thus the focus is on getting your unconscious mind more on board with your unfolding creative process.

Opening The Inner Channel Transmission
This transmission focuses on two areas.
*First is opening the inner channel of light that runs through your body, this channel it comes down from the core of the sun into your crown chakra along your spine to your Base chakra, and from there down into the earth.
*Second is the initial connection with your Writing Team in Spirit. In this transmission we invite your Writing Team to begin to connect with your heart and mind, opening the channel to inspiration and guidance.

Prayer To The Creative Muse
This track is an invocation to the creative muse. It is designed to open deeper parts of your unconscious mind to the divine archetypal creative force in the universe.
"Sing to me now, O Great Universal and Earthly Muse, sing to me of the creative work that wishes to be born, to be born through me. O Great Universal and Earthly Muse, sing to me of all the things that need to be told, that need to be told through me...."

Your Writing Team In Spirit Transmission
This transmission connects you to your Writing Team in Spirit. In this track you will be led through a gateway of light into a large circular room. Here, I call your Higher Self and several angels that work with your creative process. Then I call any inner aspects of your being that want to work with you in your creative process. Then I call all ascended beings, guides and mentors who are working with your creative journey. Then the Higher Selves of any writers, whether incarnate or not, who are making themselves available to assist you in your creative journey. They all take a seat at the table.

Creating a Strong Writing Identity
"One major source of resistance which might sound surprising concerns your identity or lack of identity as a writer...."
This track contains four exercises in order to help you create a strong writing identity.
These include various writing exercises concerning your wriitng identity, one concerns you habitual writing space and its knock on effects on your wriitng identity, another concerns your writing regime and whether you are engaged in writing as a hobby or as a committed way of being.

Moving Beyond Resistance
This track is a talk that covers 11 common resistance patterns that can arise in the creative writing process.
"There is a general misconception that any form of creative work is always effortless, and this misconception can lead to frustration and disappointment when the flow of writing is not always consistent. Yes, you may have times of great creative flow, but especially in the early stages of writing the experience of creative flow may not be there all the time...."

A Three-Pronged Creative Strategy
This powerful exercise is known as the Walt Disney Creative Strategy, also known as the Disney Method or Disney Brainstorming Method. This is a three-pronged creative process developed by author Robert Dilts in 1994, that was inspired by Walt Disney's approach to creative projects. Please note, you do not have to be a fan of Disney films to find this exercise useful.
This exercise focuses on transforming imaginative ideas into tangible realities by balancing dreaming, planning, and critical evaluation. The strategy involves three distinct thinking modes: Dreamer, Realist, and Critic, each has its own space, time and focus.

"You Are A Spiritual Writer"
This track builds on the first track in this course, though instead of beginning with statements using "I" and "I am", it uses the terms "You" and "You Are". Again this is to assist the unconscious mind in releasing doubts and fears that any of the previous lessons may have triggered.

Clearing And Expanding The Flow Of Creativity Transmission
In this transmission we call on a number of Angels and your Writing Team in Spirit to work with you in an inner landscape where we discover your inner creative studio space.
Within this space we create three seperate areas, one for your dreamers, one for your realists and one for your critical parts. We call on Archangel Michael and a number of angels working with Michael to keep these seperate and protected.
We can on Archangel Gabriel and Angels working with Gabriel to assist in creating a circular flow between these areas. The flow begins with the dreamers, moves to the realists, then to the critical parts and then back to the dreamers.

Accessing Your Yin and Yang Sides
For this exercise you will need a pen and a couple of pads of those lovely colourful post-it notes. A few colours would be great. You will also need a clear space to work and that space could be a clear floor space or a clear wall space. For this exercise give yourself at least 30 minutes to an hour.
This exercise is helpful in allowing the flow of ideas concerning your book and how to structure those ideas in a way that could become a book.

The Energy Of Your Book
This track is a talk on connecting to the energy and consciousness of your book.
"You have been called to this course because there is a book calling to you that wants to be written. This book is both alive to some degree inside of you and exists in a potential state in a future timeline. Whether you choose to walk that timeline and fully activate that book on the earth-plane is a choice you must make. No-one can make that choice for you. However, if you have already made the choice at some level to write that book, whether that was made before or during this incarnation, then the pull to write and create that book on the earth-plane will be strong...."

Connect To The Energy Of Your Book Transmission
In this transmission we explore two landscapes, one reflects your current writing journey and process and the other reflects the energy and consciousness of your book that waits for you in a timeline into the future. In this transmission we explore both and connect the two landscapes with a bridge of rainbow light.
You will have the opportunity to merge with that energy field of your book. Allowing the energy of the book to begin to be absorbed in the bones, blood, organs, cell, DNA. Allowing the energy of the book to be absorbed by your heart and mind. Allowing the energy of the completed book in your future to begin to communicate with you concerning the essential message and essential ingredients the book wishes to be channelled through you.

Allow The World To Inspire You
This final track is a talk that explores the importance of allowing the outer world to inspire your inner creative process. As we have explored, the writing journey involves opening the inner channel, connecting with your Writing Team, and connecting with the energy and consciousness of your book. Yet, writing is not meant to be an entirely internal process. Writers make it a practise to allow the outer world to touch upon and expand that inner process.
