Hello and welcome to this morning meditation to help you start your day with a positive mindset and have a successful and fulfilling day.
My name is Monika and I'm very happy to have you here.
The best time to do this meditation is right after waking up,
Before you fully start your day.
So let's begin.
I would like you to find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
You can either sit or lie down.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to centre yourself and let go of any tension or distractions.
Begin by bringing your attention to your breath.
Notice the sensations of the breath entering and leaving your body.
Take a moment to breathe in deeply,
Filling your lungs fully with fresh air and as you exhale release any stress or negative energy and now visualize a bright golden light surrounding you.
This light symbolizes positivity,
Joy and success.
With each breath imagine this golden light entering your body,
Filling every cell and energizing you from within.
Now take a few moments to set your intention for the day.
Imagine what you would like your day to look like.
Imagine what you would like to achieve or experience.
It could be something specific or simply a desire for a day filled with joy,
Productivity and positivity.
Hold this intention in your mind and feel it resonating throughout your entire being.
Now bring your attention to your heart centre.
If you want to you may place your hand over your heart.
Imagine a warm radiant light glowing in your heart representing love and gratitude.
Think of three things you are grateful for in your life today.
Feel the gratitude growing and expanding within you.
Fill your heart with a sense of appreciation,
Love and contentment.
And now shift your focus to your mind and notice any worrying thoughts that may be present there.
Acknowledge them without judgement and then gently release them,
Allowing them to drift away like clouds passing in the sky.
Bring your attention back to your breath now and the present moment.
Take a few more deep breaths.
Feel your body and mind becoming more aligned and ready for the day ahead.
And when you are ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
You may wiggle your fingers and toes and gently open your eyes.
