Hello and welcome to the self love meditation.
We often think that love is something we need to look for.
Something we need to get from others or something we need to earn.
And we often feel not worthy,
Not good enough to receive it.
We seem to forget that the love is already within us.
Perhaps it is well hidden under the layers of negative beliefs,
Insecurities or worries.
So allow for this first act of self love by giving yourself an undivided attention.
Make sure you are in a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed for the duration of this session.
If you want to drift off to sleep at any point,
Please do so.
Your subconscious mind will continue to receive all the information that is beneficial for you.
Now find yourself a comfortable position,
Either lying down or sitting up.
And slowly close your eyes.
Turn your attention to your breath.
Follow its natural rhythm without changing anything.
And with each breath,
Notice how your body becomes more and more relaxed.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in and out.
And as you breathe out,
Let go of any worries of the day.
Breathe in and out.
And on the exhale,
You are becoming more and more relaxed.
Leave all distractions and worries behind the door.
This is your time.
Now place both hands on your heart area.
What do you feel?
Can you feel your heartbeat?
Allow yourself to experience whatever comes up.
Now think about situations or situations from your past in which you didn't feel good enough or worthy of love.
It may be something your parents or teachers said or some experiences from past relationships.
Think of them for a moment.
Did you feel not smart or pretty enough?
Too short or too tall?
Or perhaps not skinny enough or boring?
Whatever these false negative beliefs might be,
I would like you to let go of them now.
Continue breathing in and out.
And on each exhale,
Keep releasing all your negative experiences and beliefs.
And allow yourself to experience any emotions that may come to service.
Acknowledge them and with each exhale,
Let them go one by one.
You don't need to earn love.
It is your birthright to be happy and to feel loved.
You are good enough just as you are in your own unique way.
You don't need to look for love.
It is already available within you.
You are whole and complete.
Continue to focus on your breath and this time,
With each inhale,
Imagine that you are drawing self-love energy directly to your heart.
And when you do so,
Say silently to yourself,
I love myself.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
Continue to breathe in this way and taking in these new positive statements.
And imagine self-love radiating from your heart to every cell of your body.
I love myself.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I love myself.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I love myself.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
Feel this warm love energy filling your entire body.
You are now very calm and peaceful.
This loving energy is soothing and comforting.
And you know that from now on,
This energy is here for you whenever you need it.
This is the infinite source of love.
And because your whole body is now soaked in this energy,
You are feeling extremely relaxed.
Continue breathing in and out as you take in more positive statements.

I love and accept myself.
I am good enough just as I am.
I release the past with love.
I am whole and complete.

You are now enriched in this new powerful energy and confidence.

Remember that you can come back to this meditation whenever you want to.
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Bring your awareness back to your body.
Now you can slowly open your eyes and bring this newly acquired gift of self-love to yourself and the world around you.
