Hello and thank you for being here.
Today we are going to focus on releasing stress and reducing any anxiety you may be experiencing right now.
We are going to start with relaxing the body and then I will guide you through some affirmations.
After I say each affirmation I will allow some time for you to say it either out loud or silently in your head or if you wish you may just focus on my voice.
It's completely up to you.
Remember this is your time.
So let's begin by finding a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
You can either sit up straight or lay down.
You may wish to fall asleep at some point and that's ok too.
Allow yourself to do whatever works for you.
Let's start now by taking a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Hold it for a moment and then let all the air out.
And again a deep breath in,
Hold it for a moment and then let go.
And let's do it one more time.
A slow,
Deep breath in,
Hold it for a moment and then let go.
Becoming aware of your body now,
Identify any areas in your body that may store tension.
It may be your stomach,
Your throat or perhaps your shoulders or head.
Once you become aware of the stress and tension you hold there,
Try to breathe in to those places and with each breath those areas become more and more relaxed.
Your entire body absorbs more and more oxygen.
And with each out breath you release all stress and tension.
Continue relaxing your body with every breath in and out.
And with each breath you are becoming more peaceful and calm.
And if you wish,
Continue to breathe in this way while I guide you through the affirmations.
I am safe.
I am calm.
I am peaceful.
I am loved.
I am loving.
I am relaxing each part of my body now.
I breathe in relaxation and I breathe out all tension.
I am attracting positive energy into my mind and body.
I breathe in love and acceptance.
I breathe out anger and resentment.
I am willing to forgive.
I forgive myself.
I forgive others and I set them free with love.
I inhale confidence and exhale fear.
The past has no power over me.
I accept myself and I accept others.
I let go of all thoughts and feelings that are not mine.
I am in charge of my thoughts and I can change them.
I think only positive thoughts.
All is well in my life.
I am strong and resilient.
I give myself permission to heal.
My heart is open to love.
I let go of all worries.

No matter where I go or what I do,
I am always safe and protected.
