This is a guided forgiveness meditation to help you forgive someone who hurt you. When we forgive, we release the burden that we have been carrying. Forgiveness does not mean accepting other person's behaviour, it simply means letting go of our negative feelings. At first, it may seem impossible to forgive, but it will get easier with practice.
