Hello and welcome to this meditation for surrender and trust.
My name is Monika and I'm very happy to have you here.
We often try to control every aspect of our lives,
To figure out exactly our next move and to find solution to each problem that we encounter.
But sometimes this may be too much.
When the circumstances we face seem to be impossible to overcome and we feel exhausted and drained.
And no matter what action we take,
We seem to be getting nowhere.
Sometimes the best thing that you can do is to surrender and trust that it will all work out to your benefit.
When we stop trying to figure out things with our unlimited mind,
We open ourselves to listen to the guidance from within and to receive a perfect solution to our problem.
Often such solution is the one that we would have never figured out ourselves.
And although surrender can be difficult,
It usually provides us with relief,
Comfort and peace.
So I would like to invite you to take a moment to quieten your mind and relax your body and release whatever burden you've been carrying for so long.
Allow yourself to trust that you are being looked after and that any difficult situation will be soon resolved in your favour.
I would like you to find a comfortable position and when you have done so,
Bring to your mind whatever troubles you at this moment,
Just for a minute or so think of anything you would like to surrender so it doesn't have to occupy your mind anymore.
I will remain silent for one minute while you do so.
Namaste.
And when you are ready,
Take a very long breath in.
And when exhaling,
Release all your worries.
Do this a couple of times more,
Each time feeling more and more relieved.
Continue breathing in your own pace and bring your attention to your body.
Notice any areas of tension and on each exhale,
Imagine this tension leaving your body.
You are becoming more and more relaxed and your body is becoming heavier and limp and loose.
The fresh oxygen is circulating now through every single cell in your body and there is no space for stress or tension anymore.
You are feeling so at ease,
Peaceful and comfortable.
And while you remain in this blissful state of relaxation,
You will hear a few affirmations that will help you surrender and trust that it will all be fine.
There is no need to repeat these sentences,
Just listen to them and absorb them one by one.
I let go of what I can't change.
I trust the process.
I am calm.
I let go of fear.
I am always looked after and protected.
I am supported,
Loved and cared for.
Every difficult situation is always resolved in my favor.
I release the need to control things.
I no longer need to figure out everything.
I open myself to receive guidance from within.
My life is always in perfect balance.
Everything I need to know comes to me easily and effortlessly.
When I stay calm,
I easily hear all the answers.
My problems are being solved in ways I have never thought of.
I am open to receive miracles.
I let go of what I can't change.
I trust the process.
I am calm.
I let go of fear.
I am always looked after and protected.

You may now slowly drift off to sleep.
Otherwise bring your attention to your body.
Gently move your hands and feet.
And slowly open your eyes.
You are now ready to go about your day.
