Welcome to this guided yoga nidra meditation designed to harness the peaceful and transformative energies of the new mooning libra.

My name is Anna and I'm honored to guide you through this journey of balance,

Renewal and relationship healing.

In this session you'll connect with the harmonious and reflective energy of the new mooning libra,

A time to embrace balance,

Release old patterns and set intentions for new beginnings in your relationships and inner world.

As the moon begins a new cycle it invites us to find harmony in our connections with others and ourselves,

Offering a fresh start to cultivate peace and renewal.

Through guided visualization and deep relaxation you tap into your inner wisdom aligning with libra's energy of fairness and beauty,

Allowing you to restore balance in all areas of your life.

Prepare to release what no longer serves you and welcome the new beginnings that this powerful new moon brings.

It is a time to embrace harmony,

Transform your relationships and reconnect deeply with your most authentic self.

This meditation will guide you to plant the seeds of balance and renewal,

Allowing them to grow in the weeks ahead.

Let's start.

Lie down comfortably on your mat,

Resting your body fully on the ground,

Ensuring that your arms are slightly away from your sides,

Palms facing upward and legs extended with your feet falling gently outward.

Now close your eyes if it feels safe or keep a soft gaze,

Allowing your body to begin settling into this restful space.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely and exhaling gently through your mouth,

And exhaling gently through your mouth,

Releasing all tension.

Inhaling fully and exhaling completely.

Repeating this breathing cycle two more times,

With each exhale allowing yourself to relax more deeply.

Feeling the support of the earth beneath you,

Holding and grounding you.

This is the time to rest,

To release and renew.

You are fully supported and held and all you need to do is to just simply allow yourself to be received by the surface beneath.

In Yoga Nidra,

We set a sankalpa,

A heartfelt intention that aligns with our deeper purpose.

As you lie here,

Take a moment to reflect on what you want to bring into your life and your relationships right now.

What balance,

Renewal or new beginning do you wish to cultivate?

Once your intention becomes clearer,

Silently repeat it to yourself in the present tense as though it's already happening.

If you have your sankalpa in your mind,

Repeat it silently now or perhaps you might say,

We will now move through a rotation of consciousness,

Experiencing a sensation of energy at each point.

Moving point to point,

You may like to imagine a healing light touching each point I name and welcoming in sensations of prana-life force energy in each point.

Beginning on the right side of the body,

Feel a sensation of energy coming in the right hand top,

Second finger,

Third finger,

Fourth finger,

Pinky finger.

Experience a sensation of healing light inside the palm of the right hand,

Back of the hand,

Middle of the wrist,

Lower arm,

Elbow,

Upper arm,

Shoulder joint,

Armpit,

Right side of the chest,

Heart center.

Sensation of energy traveling down the right side of the waist,

The right hip,

The right thigh,

Right knee,

Right ankle,

Right heel,

Top of the foot,

Sole of the foot.

Feel energy in the right big toe,

Second toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Pinky toe.

Experience the sensation of pranic life force energy lighting up the entire right side of the body.

The whole right side of the body is alive with pranic life force energy.

Taking your time to float your awareness of sensations of energy over the left side of the body now.

Feel sensation of energy in the left hand thumb,

Second finger,

Third finger,

Fourth finger,

Pinky finger.

Experience sensation of healing light inside the palm of the left hand,

Back of the hand,

Middle of the wrist,

Lower arm,

Elbow,

Upper arm,

Shoulder joint,

Armpit,

Left side of the chest,

Heart center.

Sensation of energy traveling down the left side of the waist,

The left hip,

Feel both sides together as a whole field of sensation.

Experience sensation of energy between the ears,

The right nostril,

Left nostril,

Upper lip,

Lower lip,

Tip of the tongue,

Base of the tongue,

Right side of the jaw,

Left side of the jaw,

Center of the throat,

Heart center,

Solar plexus,

Navel center,

Root center.

Experience the whole body,

The right side,

The left side,

The front,

The back.

Sensations of prana life force energy lighting up the whole body together.

Now turn your awareness to your breath.

Notice the natural flow of air in and out of the body without trying to change it.

With each inhalation imagining you're drawing in balance,

Harmony and peace.

And with each exhalation letting go of any tension or imbalance.

Feel yourself breathing in harmony and exhaling anything that no longer serves you.

Letting the breath guide you into deeper stillness each breath you take.

Begin to feel a magnetic pull of your body towards the earth,

Heaviness all throughout the body.

A magnetic pull grounding you into the core of the earth.

The whole body is heavy,

Grounded,

Supported,

Held and safe.

Now begin to feel lightness throughout your body.

Your body is light,

Buoyant,

Floating up towards the sky.

Your whole body is completely light and floating.

Now feel both grounded and floating simultaneously.

Feel both as a whole grounded and light.

Now in this deep state of relaxed awareness,

Begin to imagine you are at a clear night sky.

Above you is the new morning light brown.

It's soft silver glow,

Casting and calming,

Peaceful and light.

This moon represents new beginnings,

Balance and renewal in your relationships.

Visualize yourself standing beneath this new moon,

Surrounded by a peaceful landscape.

The air is cool and still and the energy of the new moon fills the space around you.

Feel the new moon's gentle light washing over you,

Bringing clarity and harmony to your body,

Mind and soul.

Notice the natural rhythm of the inhale and the exhale.

Libra is a sign of balance and just as day and night are equal during this time,

Your breath is a perfect reminder of this harmony.

As you breathe in,

Feel yourself inhaling balance,

Harmony and peace.

As you exhale,

You're releasing any tension or imbalance,

Letting go of anything that feels heavy or disharmonious.

Connect once again with the energy of the new moon above you.

It's soft,

Silvery,

Gently shining down,

Symbolizing new beginnings and fresh starts.

This light brings you a sense of clarity,

Washing over your mind and body,

Aligning you with this peaceful energy of Libra.

Now begin to visualize a soft light forming in your heart center,

A light of pure love,

Peace and compassion.

This light represents the essence of your relationships and connections.

It may be a small glow,

But with each breath,

You see it growing brighter and more expansive.

As this light expands,

Allow it to fill your chest,

Flowing out to touch the people in your life,

Your friends,

Family,

Partner,

And even your relationship with yourself.

Visualize this light flowing effortlessly into all your relationships,

Connecting with your inner self,

Your inner self,

Bringing balance,

Healing and renewal.

Notice how this light gently dissolves any tension or heaviness.

Where there is imbalance or disharmony,

See this light bringing peace and alignment.

If there are any relationships that feel strained or outdated,

See this light helping to release those patterns.

Imagine the old,

Familiar energies fading away,

Making space for new,

Healthier connections.

Visualize this light dissolving any old,

Outdated patterns in your relationships,

Making way for peace and renewal.

See our relationships transforming.

They're becoming more aligned with your truest self.

Now shift your focus to the energy of the new moon.

The new moon is a time for planting seeds,

Setting intentions,

And welcoming fresh starts.

Visualize yourself standing under the new moon in a peaceful,

Beautiful landscape.

The air is calm and the moon's light shines down,

Castering that silver glow all around you.

In your hand,

You hold a small glowing seed.

The seed represents your intention for balance and harmony in your relationships,

Both with yourself and others.

Take a moment to reflect on what new energy or dynamic you want to bring into your relationships.

What are you ready to release?

What are new intentions you would like to set for the future?

When you're ready,

Visualize yourself planting this seed in the fertile ground beneath you,

Knowing that it will grow into a balanced,

Harmonious relationship or dynamic in your life.

Allowing yourself to rest in this beautiful,

Sacred space.

You're safe,

Supported,

And held by the moon,

Relaxing and receiving all that is.

Now begin to bring your awareness to your heart center,

Awareness that the center of your being is the center of your being.

Your heart center,

Awareness at the center of the chest.

Feel the sensation of energy at the heart center,

Allowing this awareness to bring forth your sankalpa or intention for this practice.

Planting this heartfelt desire like a seed in the fertile garden of the heart.

If you're working with a primary sankalpa,

You can bring in that now,

Or perhaps you could repeat,

Repeating your sankalpa three times now.

Very slowly.

You maybe bring your awareness back to being aware.

Notice the parts of you that is witnessing.

Notice how you feel emotionally.

Notice and observe your energy.

Feeling the energy moving through you.

Feeling the rise and fall of your breath.

Now feeling your whole body held and supported.

Feel all the parts of your body touching the surface below you.

Beginning to feel your fingers and your toes.

Feeling all the cumulative benefits of the practice.

Letting your body reawaken slowly.

Finding little gentle movements and stretches to awaken into the space.

Taking as much time as you need to reawaken just by breathing and receiving yourself as you are.

And by breathing and slowly moving yourself,

You can eventually invite a full body stretch.

Maybe you bring one knee into your heart and the other.

Give yourself a big hug,

Sharing that love that you have.

And then you can let go of the rest of your body.

Sharing that love that you have brought back towards yourself,

Towards your relationship with yourself,

And also to the relationship to the outer world,

Be it with your family,

Friends,

And partner.

And by hugging yourself,

You honor and thank yourself for showing up,

For thanking,

For taking the time.

And then you can choose to lie to one side in a fetal position,

Just taking a moment here to honor your energy,

Honor your space.

Thanking not only yourself,

But also the exact moment where you feel where you are in your life.

Knowing that you are held,

You are supported by the new moon.

And anytime you seek lacking for that connection,

All you need to do is to keep showing up again and again and again.

Once you feel you're ready from thanking yourself,

You can slowly press yourself back up to a cross-legged seat or whatever seat feels good for you.

Bring your hands into your heart space,

Feel your heart beating and thank that beautiful heart of yours.

And may you keep honoring that relationship with yourself,

Which is the base of all relationships in your life.

Thanking the moon for guiding your new beginnings,

The balance and the renewal of connections.

And once you feel you're ready,

You can bring your hands in prayer.

Start rubbing the palms,

Rubbing the palms as quickly and strongly as you can.

If you have enough,

You can bring the hands back to your face,

Inhale that heat,

That energy.

As you exhale,

You can blink the eyes,

As you exhale,

You can blink the eyes open and come back to the space.

With that,
