Welcome to this guided yoga nidra meditation,

Tailored to harness the vibrant energies of the new moon in Leo.

It's an invitation for you to feel the magic and embrace your inner light.

My name is Anna and I'm deeply honored to guide you through this transformative journey.

In this session,

You will connect with the bold,

Creative and illuminative energy of the new moon in Leo.

A time for embracing your inner light and setting powerful intentions for the future.

As the moon fades from the sky,

It invites us to release old patterns and embrace new beginnings,

Resonating deeply with Leo's confident and radiant power.

Through guided visualization and deep relaxation,

You tap into your inner wisdom setting intentions that align with this period of creativity and self-expression.

This meditation will invite you to release,

To transform and to connect deeply with your truest self,

Now I invite you to come into a very restful state of mindfulness.

Relaxing position,

Taking the time to make any adjustments you need to create a space for deep relaxation.

Once you find that beautiful,

Sacred space,

Be it seated or lying down,

Whenever you feel you're ready,

Close your eyes if it feels safe or keep a soft gaze.

And in this beautiful,

Sacred space,

Take a deep breath in.

As you deep breath in,

Feel the lungs expanding completely.

Hold it at the top for a moment.

And once you're ready to exhale,

You exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension that might be holding on your way.

And repeating this process of inhaling fully from your heart,

Pausing at the top and exhaling completely.

One last time on your own.

Inhaling,

Pausing and allowing yourself to exhale and let go anything that might be holding your way from being present right here,

Right now.

And now as you're hopefully more grounded into your body that is held into yourself that is miraculously breathing,

I invite you to return to your body's innate wisdom of this necessity of rest.

Allow yourself to feel supported by the surface your body is resting upon.

Taking some deep breaths and just allowing the entire body to relax and drop deeper and deeper and deeper into the surface beneath you.

And as you keep breathing deeply and evenly,

I invite you to visualize a warm grounding light.

This light is entering your body from the soles of your feet.

This light then moves slowly up through your legs into your torso and spreads through your chest,

Your arms,

Your neck and hands,

Enveloping you in a cocoon of warm and stability.

Feel yourself becoming more grounded and centered each breath you take.

As you're held,

Supported,

Grounded,

Begin feeling back layer by layer.

As your body,

Mind and spirit are feeling completely nourished by this rest,

Layer by layer you are unfolding your heart space,

Your mind,

Your body,

Your mind,

And your spirit as you're completely nourished by this rest.

And your sankalpa or intention for this practice.

Your sankalpa or heart's desire is spoken in the positive as if it's already happening.

You may be working with a sankalpa or you can choose to repeat,

Begin to feel the waves of the breath effortlessly breathing.

Feel the breath wash through you as your body was an ocean flowing with the breath,

Riding the waves of the breath.

As you inhale you feel the natural expansion,

As you exhale you feel a natural release.

Feel the whole body breathing.

Now begin to imagine your body is being held and supported by a warm soft sand underneath you.

Feel the warm rays of the sunlight touching your skin.

Feel your whole body warm and completely supported.

Now feel a sense of coolness.

A cool ocean gently touches your skin.

The feeling of the cool ocean washes over you.

Now feel warm and cool at the same time.

Feel the sensations of warmth and coolness together.

Now in the state of deep relaxed awareness,

Begin to imagine yourself standing in a beautiful lush field under a clear night sky.

A clear night sky.

The air is warm and filled with the scent of summer flowers.

In the center of this field there is a beautiful majestic lion.

This lion is representing the powerful and courageous energy of Leo.

As you come closer to the lion,

You feel a sense of awe and respect.

The lion turns its gaze towards you and you feel immediately powerful.

You feel its strength and confidence radiating towards and within you.

You then realize that this lion represents your inner strength and potential.

As you follow the lion,

You are led to a large ancient tree at the edge of the field.

At the base of the tree you see a glowing portal of light This is the gateway to your inner world where your dreams and intentions are taking shape.

The lion encourages you to step through the portal and explore the depths of your inner self.

As you step through the portal,

You find yourself in a beautiful serene garden.

This garden is filled with vibrant flowers and tall trees.

It is a place of pure magic and possibility.

You immediately feel the magic of the beauty of the power that lays,

Exists all the time by your side.

I'll take a moment to explore this garden,

Noticing the colors,

The scents and sounds around you.

In the center of the garden,

You find a small crystal clear pond as you gaze into the pond.

As you gaze into the pond,

You see your reflection.

This reflection represents your true self,

Your deepest desires and your highest potential.

Take a moment to connect with your reflection,

Acknowledging the beauty and strength within you.

Now bring your focus to the present moment and the future ahead.

Leo's energy encourages us to set bold and ambitious goals.

Take a moment to consider what you want to manifest in the coming days.

What intentions do you want to set for your personal and creative growth?

Visualize these intentions,

These feelings as seeds that you're planting in the fertile garden.

It's your own garden.

And as you plant them in that soil,

You see them growing and flourishing under the nurturing light of the moon and the sun.

Noticing and observing your energy.

Feel the energy moving through you.

Feel the rise and fall of your breath.

Now feel your whole body held and supported.

Feel all the parts of your body touching the surface below you.

Beginning to feel the fingers and the toes maybe.

Feel the fingers and the toes maybe.

Inviting little movements.

And allowing yourself to feel the cumulative benefits of the practice.

Letting your body reawaken slowly.

Whatever parts of you that feel like moving,

You move with care,

With love.

Eventually lifting the arms above your head for a full body stretch.

If you feel like yawning or sighing it out,

Allow that to come through and very gently bring your hands into your heart space.

Feeling the heart beating and bringing the hands and prayer in front of your heart.

Rubbing the palms,

Rubbing the palms as quickly and strongly as you can.

And once you have enough,

Once you have that heat,

You bring that back to your face or whatever part of your body you feel you need.

Taking your time to ground yourself back to this physical time and space.

And once you feel you're ready to really come back,

You can blink your eyes open and with that I welcome you back.

Just taking a moment to observe and thank yourself for setting the time to connect with the beauty that exists within you.

And knowing that the space always exists.

All you have to do is to always keep showing up again and again and again.
