Welcome to this guided yoga nidra meditation tailored to harness the transformative energy of the hunter's full moon in Aries.
My name is Anna and I'm honored to guide you through this powerful journey.
In this session you will connect with the bold fury and assertive energy of the full moon in Aries.
A time for igniting your inner fire and aligning with your true intentions.
The hunter's moon calls us to embrace change,
To release what no longer serves us,
And to step confidently into the next phase of our lives.
As the moon shines brightly in the sky it offers us the opportunity to reflect on what we have harvested so far and to also set bold intentions for the journey ahead,
Resonating deeply with Aries' courageous and dynamic energy.
Through guided visualization and deep relaxation you'll be invited to tap into your inner strength and clarity,
Allowing the moon's energy support your personal transformation.
This meditation will help you to release outdated patterns,
Harness the power of the full moon and align with your truest desires.

Now let us start by coming into a very restful relaxing position,
Just taking this time to make any adjustments you need to really create this sacred nest which is comfortable,
A place where you can really find a deep space of relaxation.
Finding that comfortable seated or lying down position and then maybe if it feels safe closing your eyes or keeping a soft gaze and just taking a couple of deep breaths in,
Filling your lungs completely as you inhale,
Holding at the top for a moment and exhaling slowly,
Releasing any tension,
Inhaling deeply all the way up,
Holding,
Pausing and then exhaling,
Releasing any tension.
Repeating this breathing cycle one more time,
Allowing yourself to relax more deeply with each exhale.
And as you start connecting with the beauty and powerful wisdom of your own breath,
Of your own body,
Allow yourself to return to your body's innate wisdom of the necessity of rest,
Feeling supported by the surface your body is resting upon,
Just taking some deep breaths and allowing your entire body to relax and drop deeper into the surface beneath you.
And as you continue to breathe deeply and evenly,
Visualize a warm grounding light entering your body from the soles of your feet.
This light moves slowly up through your legs,
Into your torso and spreads through your chest,
Arms,
Neck and head,
Enveloping you in a cocoon of warmth and stability.
Feel yourself becoming more grounded and centered with each breath you take.
Begin peeling back layer by layer as your body,
Mind and spirit is nourished for this deep rest.
Layer by layer you're unfolding your heart space and your sankalpa or intention for this practice.

Experience a sensation of healing light inside the palm of the right hand,
The back of the hand,

Feel the breath wash through you as through your body was an ocean flowing with breath,

As you inhale you feel the natural expansion.
As you exhale you feel the natural release.
Feel the whole body breathing.
Now begin to imagine your body is being held and supported by a warm soft sand underneath you.
Feel the warm rays of the sunlight touching your skin.
Feel your whole body warm and supported.
Now feel a sense of coolness.
A cool ocean mist gently touches your skin.
The feeling of the cool ocean washes over you.
Now feel warm and cool at the same time.
Feel the sensations of warmth and coolness all together.
Now in this deep state of relaxed awareness begin to imagine yourself standing in a forest,
A twilight.
The air is crisp filled with the scent of autumn leaves and and the earth.
The sky is darkening and you can feel the approach of nightfall.
As you look around you see the hunter's swoon slowly rising above the horizon.
A magnificent glowing orb in fiery red orange hues casting its light over the forest.
Feel the moonlight bathing you in its warmth.
Notice how the colors of the moonlight stands around you,
Glowing with vibrant red,
Amber and silver.
Allow this moonlight to illuminate your path as you take a step forward into the forest.
You're feeling completely safe and you're feeling completely connected to the earth.
As you walk deeper into this moonlight forest you find a clearing.
In the center of this clearing there is a gentle flickering fire.
Now take a seat by the fire and allow yourself to feel its warmth on your skin.
The fire represents your inner strength and passion.
As you get close to it,
As you feel it,
Feel safe so that you're able to close your eyes.
And as you close your eyes you visualize the moon's light pouring down into the clearing.
It's merging with the fire's glow.
Let the moonlight feed the flames,
Making them burn bigger and brighter.
Now focus on your heart center and imagine a similar fire within you,
Igniting with the light of the hunter's swoon above.
Feel this flame growing stronger with each breath you take.
It fills you with courage,
With warmth and an inner glow that expands throughout your entire body.
Allow this inner fire to represent your ambitions,
Your passions and your courage to move forward.
And let it burn away any fears or doubts or obstacles that you might be holding back.
With a hunter's full moon shining brightly above you and your inner fire burning within,
Bring to mind what you're ready to let go of.
Anything that no longer serves you.
Imagine these old habits,
Patterns or thoughts as leaves that fall from the nearby tree.
They're drifting down into the fire.
Watch them with love burning away.
They're transforming into light and warmth.
Now visualize what you wish to invite into your life.
Picture yourself confidently moving toward this goal.
See the moonlight illuminating your path.
It's guiding you and lighting you up every step you take.
Notice how you feel lighter,
More aligned and even empowered by your inner fire.
Allow the moon's light to fill you with the clarity,
Strength and determination needed to manifest your desires.
Now imagine the moonlight forming a bridge and it's connecting you with the wisdom of your ancestors or loved ones who had passed on.
Feel their presence around you.
They're guiding and supporting you.
You may even see a familiar face or simply sense their energy,
Feeling reassured that you're not alone on this journey.
Allow the wisdom to flow into yourself like the moonlight,
Bringing you messages of guidance,

Feeling your whole body being held and supported.
Feel the parts of your body touching the surface below.
Now beginning to feel your fingers and your toes.
And just feeling all the cumulative benefits of the practice.
Letting your body reawaken slowly.
And just slowly finding the movements that it takes you to slowly come back.
Maybe inviting your arms above your head for that full body stretch.
Yawning or sighing it out.
Coming back and then gently bringing one hand to touch your heart.
The other hand to touch that hand as you feel your heart beating.
Just take a moment to honor yourself for taking the time.
For connecting.
For pausing.
For taking that time to truly embrace that change and relaxation that the full moon invites.
