Welcome to this guided meditation focused on gratitude.
Please find a comfortable position whether you're sitting or lying down.
Just gently close your eyes.
Take a moment to acknowledge this present moment.
Just feel the surface beneath you.
Feel the support.
Imagine that you're grounding yourself down into Mother Earth,
That your energy is flowing down through the surface beneath you and through the earth and the rocks and the dirt.
And just imagine you're being held and supported by Mother Earth.
Just notice the gentle rise and fall of your natural breath.
Take a moment to tune into your energy field,
Noticing the subtle vibrations and sensations flowing throughout your body.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling up the lungs from the bottom to the top,
Pausing,
And then exhale with a sigh,
Allowing your lungs to deflate.
Inhale again nice and full,
Breathing into the belly,
Breathing into the chest,
And releasing.
One more time,
Breathing in nice and deep,
Feeling the ribcage expand,
Sending that breath all the way up into the crown.
And as you exhale with a sigh,
Just let it go,
Feeling the ribs knit back together,
And engaging the core at the bottom of the breath,
Merging body,
Mind,
And spirit,
Setting the intention right here right now to allow yourself to be open to the frequency of gratitude.
Shift your attention to your heart,
Setting your breath in and out of your heart.
Allow it to expand and open,
Stroking the flame of your divine spark deep within you.
Imagine a warm,
Gentle light radiating from your heart,
Filling your chest with warmth and comfort.
This light represents the love and gratitude.
As you bask in this warm light,
Think of something in your life that you are grateful for.
It can be a person,
Place,
Or thing,
Or even a simple pleasure like gazing into the morning sunlight,
Sipping a comfortable cup of tea,
Feeling the purr of your kitty in your ear.
Allow yourself to feel the gratitude for this presence in your life.
Now begin to broaden this sense.
Think about other aspects in your life that bring you joy and fulfillment,
The things that light you up.
This could be experiences like walking on the beach or laying in a hammock.
It can be as simple as being grateful for your breath,
Grateful for the clouds and the stars and the sun and the moon,
Being grateful for life just as it is right here,
Right now.
As you think about each thing,
Take a moment to deeply appreciate the role they play in your life.
Deeply appreciate the role they play in your life.
Let the light in your heart grow brighter and brighter with each thought,
Expanding and filling yourselves and the spaces in between with a simple frequency of gratitude.
Consider any challenges you may be facing in your life without judgment,
Without hostility,
But with appreciation and acceptance,
Understanding that these challenges are brought into your life for you to learn,
For you to expand,
For you to grow.
Think about the things that grow.
Think about the strengths,
The greater benefits that you may have gained from these experiences.
Recognize and appreciate how they have shaped you into the person you are today,
Listening to this right here,
Right now.
Place your attention on your heart light.
As you breathe into it,
Allow it to expand beyond you,
Reaching out to other people in your life.
Picture the people who have supported you and loved you without condition and send them your gratitude.
Visualize the light enveloping them in warmth and appreciation.
Now imagine the teachers,
All those that have come into your experience to help you to expand and grow and become.
Find the greater benefit.
Find the simple lesson you may have learned.
Everything is always happening in divine order for our greatest good.
There is a greater benefit in every adversity.
By acknowledging this and accepting this,
You can heal and release and surrender and learn.
Allow yourself to be grateful for being right here,
Right now.
Be grateful for your breath,
For your ears to hear this and allow yourself to release the things that no longer serve you to create more space for more things that do.
Breathe in peace and love and ease and grace,
Joy and harmony,
Immunity and abundance,
Authenticity and gratitude.
Release any shame,
Any regrets,
Any sorrow,
Any fears,
Knowing that you are held and supported and guided by your heart,
By your soul,
By your angels and guides.
Know that you are safe,
You are loved and be grateful for all the little things surrounding you.
Feel the air on your face as it comes in and out of your nose,
Feel the beat of your heart and acknowledge the miracle of life,
The miracle that we are in this beautiful moment right here,
Right now.
Just come back into your body,
Wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes,
Circle your ankles and circle your wrists and gently rock your head from side to side.
Take a big breath in,
Nice and full,
Exhaling with a sigh as you gently open your eyes,
Carrying this frequency of gratitude with you throughout your day,
Throughout your week,
Throughout your life.
