This meditation assists you in being able to feel gratitude for even the simplest things in life. The frequency of gratitude is the same, whether it's a big thing or a little thing. The more you acknowledge and appreciate the things like breath and heart and sun and moon - you begin to notice more and more simple things to be grateful for. The more you are in gratitude, the more the universe will deliver you things to be grateful for. I have an accompanying talk about this, focusing on the pre-holiday season.
