In this 4-part series, I will first give you an introduction to the power of the heart and a little science to back it up. I give you a blueprint to connect with your heart, and assist you in connecting with the spiritual side of yourself, as well as universal source energy and your A-team, A meaning Angelic. In the end, I put it all together with a simple but effective meditation that you can come to time and time again. The more you practicing connecting and awakening the intelligence and consciousness of your heart, the more automatic it will become.

I am a firm believer in the Heart Math Institute’s heart research, findings, and teachings. I share this in the Mindfulness/meditation course that I teach locally. Also, recently I have been tuning into my Archangels, especially Raphael. Your course here was such a touching, reassuring, and comforting experience. I am happy I found you here. Your voice has the perfect quality as well. One suggestion regarding the day 4 meditation… to slow down and allow more space, a longer silence, to receive our guide’s message.
