A gentle and nurturing practice designed to start your day with positivity and self-love.
Please find a comfortable position and allow your body to relax and soften.
Just start to notice your breath.
Just be aware of the gentle rise and fall of your body as you breathe.
Begin to lengthen your breath,
Elongating your inhales and exhales,
Feeling the ribcage expand as you fill up the lungs from the bottom to the top,
And slowly feel the ribs knit back together as you release your breath.
If you're able to,
Just close your eyes and set the intention to be right here,
Right now,
Just for today.
Visualize a golden light filling your heart space,
Expanding with each breath.
As you breathe into your heart center,
Allow this light to radiate through your entire being,
Connecting you to the infinite source of love within you and around you.
Just for today,
Embrace the gift of this present moment.
Allow yourself to let go of past regrets and future worries.
Notice the sensations in your body,
The rhythm of your breath,
The sounds around you.
Allow yourself to be fully present,
Embracing life as it unfolds moment by moment.
Just for today,
Offer yourself the love and kindness you freely give to others.
Repeat these affirmations silently or aloud.
I am worthy of love and respect.
I honor my journey and I trust my path.
I am enough,
Just as I am.
Allow these affirmations to sink deeply into your being,
Nurturing the love you hold for yourself.
Just for today,
Grant yourself the grace to be imperfect,
Because we are all perfect exactly.
As we are,
Embrace your humanity with compassion and understanding.
Forgive yourself and forgive others for any perceived shortcomings or wrongdoings.
Everything is working out exactly as it should.

Recognize the power that you have to shape your reality.
Every thought,
Every word,
Every action is a choice that can create the life you desire.
Choose consciously.
Choose to respond instead of react.
Choose to take a breath and pause.
Visualize the day ahead filled with opportunities for joy and growth and connection.

Accept the idea that everything is possible,
That miracles are manifesting in every moment.
If we stop,
Distill our bodies,
Quiet the mind,
Oxygenate the blood,
Calm the nervous system,
Allow yourself to come into neutrality.

Be aware that this moment is perfect.
As we breathe into all of ourselves and the spaces in between,
Allowing this golden healing light to absorb and expand,
Allowing you to evolve and rise.
