We often forget to ask ourselves the question," Am I here, feeling safe instead of being anxious and stressed about everything ?". This is a gentle 5-minute meditation to arrive here in the present moment. This meditation will help you feel safe and supported by tuning into this moment with breathwork and mindful breathing. Welcome to this short meditation for feeling safe and supported.

Allow yourself to be comfortable.

Relax your shoulders.

Softly close your eyes.

Let's take a few deep breaths with 4-6 rhythm.

Breathe in deeply 2-3-4.

Breathe out 2-3-4-5-6.

Breathe in 2-3-4.

Breathe out slowly 2-3-4-5-6.

Breathe in 2-3-4.

Breathe out 2-3-4-5-6.

In 2-3-4.

Out 2-3-4-5-6.

Final round.

Breathe in 2-3-4.

And breathe out 2-3-4-5-6.

Now breathe naturally.

Feeling you are here in the present moment.

Into mindful breathing.

Breathe in,

I am safe.

Breathing out,

I feel supported.

I am safe.

Breathing out,

I feel supported.

Breathing in,

I feel supported.

Out,

I feel supported.

Supported.

Feeling safe and supported here in this moment.

Now relax.

Allow a deep breath in.

With a sense of gratitude and your smile.

Gently open your eyes.

Coming back fully to the space around you.
