Welcome,
Dear one.
Be comfortable,
Seated or lying down,
Resting your palms facing open in your laps and if you can,
Softly close your eyes.
Become aware of your body and your breath.
Feel the presence of your in-breath and your out-breath.
Now,
We will take three deep breaths where we will breathe in deeply through the nose and breathe out slowly through the mouth.
Now,
Breathe in deeply.
Exhale slowly through the mouth.
Breathe in deeply.
Exhale slowly through the mouth.
One more deep breath in and breathe out slowly.
Beautiful.
Now,
Breathing naturally.
As you breathe,
Inhale peace.
Exhale any tension.
Notice your mind calming.
Your body relaxing.
The rhythm of your breath filling you with presence and kindness.
Now,
Bring your awareness into your heart and imagine a green sphere of light in your heart center.
This is your heart chakra radiating with pure joy and love.
With each breath,
Feel your heart filling with pure joy.
Recall a few simple moments of joy from your life.
Your favorite song.
The love you give and receive.
Your favorite person's smile.
As you imagine,
Let the feeling of joy wash over you.
Smile gently.
Now,
Repeat the affirmations silently after me.
I am grateful for this moment.
I am thankful for this day.
Today,
I welcome joy.
I find joy by living in the present moment.
Joy flows to me.
Joy flows through me.
Joy flows into my life effortlessly.
I am worthy of a joyful life.
I live life with a joyful heart.
And I am full of love,
Joy,
And happiness.
If it feels right,
Place your palms gently over your heart.
Feel the sense of joy and the warmth with each breath.
Feeling the joy filling your whole being.
Now relax your palms.
Breathe in gratitude.
Breathe out you are full of joy.
Breathe in happiness.
Exhale you are full of positive energy.
With the sense of gratitude,
Set an intention for your day.
Now breathe in deeply and breathe out slowly.
Now wiggle your fingers and toes.
With your gentle smile,
Softly open your eyes.
Carry this energy of joy into your day and embrace the simple moments of your life.
Keep smiling.
See you soon.
Namaste.
