"Becoming is the highest state of existence" ~ these words inspired this meditation. I read them years ago in 'Conversations with God' by Neale Donald Walsh and variations, in other spiritual texts. Yet, "Being" is not easy for us humans; we are so conditioned to be defined by how much we "Do". This meditation will help you get out of your busy analytical mind and into the practice of Being and visualizing who you really are beyond the doing. Morning meditation for these times.

Are you ready to become who you really are and all you're meant to be?

If so,

Let's go within.

Settle into this moment with the gentle practice of connecting to each breath.

Notice the coming and going of each breath.

The rise and fall of your breath.

Settle into the stillness of each slow breath.

Notice the breath as it graciously enters the body and as it leaves the body.

Feel the sensation of your breath.

The subtle,

Quiet sound.

Enjoy the ebbs and flows of your breath and allow it to guide you into the lightness and freedom of being.

Notice,

Feel,

Be.

And when the mind wanders,

Become aware and gently bring the mind back to your breath and the practice of being.

Your breath is the gateway to being and being is your highest state of existence.

For all creation,

What you are here to create emerges.

Just breathe.

Follow each slow breath all the way in towards a vast still point within you.

A God space within.

And follow each slow exhalation all the way out to the vastness out there.

An eternal still point way out there.

Breathe slowly,

Gently,

All the way in and all the way out.

Once again remembering who you really are.

Consciousness.

Possibility.

Eternal.

As you breathe in this place,

Feel it.

Within you and all around you.

Feel beingness with each slow breath.

Now bring onto the screen of your mind the vision,

The grandest version of you and all you desire to create and experience in this lifetime.

See it on the screen of your mind.

Allow images to come and flow with ease.

Now feel this version of you in your heart.

For right now as you breathe slowly,

Your brain and mind are communicating with your heart.

Be inspired by this version of you and your life.

Be in awe of this vision of you.

Fall in love with who you really are and all you are being in this moment.

All you choose to be.

It's time to live it.

This state of being.

Become it.

What state of being brings your vision to life on this day?

Am I being peace?

Am I being love?

Am I being abundance?

You choose.

Decide in this moment that you are this.

Be this.

And now from this place of being on this day,

Ask yourself what does one do who is being this?

What are the choices,

Behaviors and actions that are in harmony with this way of being?

Do things from this elevated place of being.

And soon you will find,

Dearest,

That what you are doing that emanates from this place of being brings forth all that you desire to have and experience in this lifetime.

This is the true process of creation.

Be it first.

Become what you seek.

Feel the truth of this wisdom lighting you up from within.

Place a hand on your heart now and as you breathe slowly,

Flood every cell of your being with deep,

Deep gratitude.

Gratitude for all of it.

Love all of it.

Every footstep.

Feel gratitude before your grandest self is manifest,

Allowing you to become.

There is no limit to who you can become.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
