Good morning.
Sit up straight and close your eyes.
Imagine there are a bunch of balloons tied to the top of your spine.
As the balloons rise up into the air,
Allow them to gently pull your spine upwards and feel your spine lengthening.
Roll your shoulders back and place your palms upwards on your lap.
Now take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And another deep breath in and out.
One more deep breath in and out.
Pause in this moment and feel the relaxation within.
Let go of any tension through your body.
Let it melt away.
Set an intention for today.
If you can't think of anything you can use,
I am beautiful and I accept my flaws.
Now say that to yourself.
And let go of those words.
If you still have any lingering thoughts,
Put them in one of the balloons and let them go.
Let it drift away into the sky.
Observe any muscle tension within your body and let it relax.
Around your face,
Let go of any tension.
In your shoulders,
In your chest and arms.
In your hands.
Along your legs.
And feet.
Feel the connection of your feet to the floor.
Your connection to the Earth,
To the planet.
The planet we all love and live in.
Embrace the beauty and magnificence of the planet.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Put your hands on your heart and feel your heart beating.
Despite what is going on in the world,
What is going on in your head,
Your heart is beating.
It is the ultimate gift we have.
It is what keeps us alive.
It makes us thrive.
Be grateful to your heart.
With your hands still on your heart center,
Smile and say good morning to yourself,
Out loud or silently.
Say good morning to the world.
Send your love to all the people around you right now.

Open your arms and receive love back.
