Welcome to this guided meditation for sleep.
Lie in your bed and get into a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Let's start with a few deep breaths.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Continue breathing at your own pace and allow yourself to go deeper and deeper.
Now go back to your normal breathing pattern and enjoy the peace and bliss.
Sleep is the time to reenergize your mind and body.
If you catch yourself thinking,
Observe those thoughts or feelings and let them pass.
No need to commit to them,
Just let them go.
Now is the time to rest.
Rest the mind and rest the body.
Feel the relaxation within you and just be there.
Slowly scan your body for any tension and allow your blissful state to melt it away.
Starting from your eyes,
Your shoulders,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands.
Upper body,
Your heart,
Feel it beating.
Lower body,
Your feet,
Legs and feet.
Let go of any tension and feel relaxed.
Feel the comforts of your pillow,
Cushioning your head and massaging your mind,
Clearing it of any thoughts or feelings.
As you hear the music sink deeper and deeper,
Allow it to soothe you,
Comfort you into blissful sleep.
