Get into a comfortable position,
Relax your body and close your eyes.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Every time you breathe in,
Breathe in calmness.
Every time you breathe out,
You feel the relaxation throughout your body.
You feel your body get heavier.
You feel your body get heavier.
You feel your body get heavier.
You feel your body get heavier and more relaxed.
Continue breathing at your own pace.
Allow yourself to go deeper and deeper.
Now go back to your normal breathing pattern and enjoy the state you are in.
Be in this moment right now.
As you sink deeper into your bed,
Feel your bed push back against your body,
Soothing your legs,
Your arms.
And your upper body.
Feel your pillow massage your head,
Massage your mind clearing it from any thoughts or feelings.
And bringing in peace.
As you hear the music,
Sink deeper and deeper.
Allow it to soothe you,
Comfort you into blissful sleep.
