Begin by finding a comfortable position,

And once you are ready,
You can close your eyes gently and turn your attention inwards.
Start to focus on your breath.
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling the air fill your lungs,
Hold it for a moment and then exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension.
Repeat this a few times,
Observing the rise and fall of your chest,
The sensation of air entering and leaving your nostrils.
And with each breath,
Allow your body to relax and become heavier.
I invite you to visualize yourself sitting or lying on a patch of earth.
It could be a meadow,
A forest,
A garden or any place that feels safe and comforting.
Feel the solidity and stability of the ground beneath you.
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet or the base of your spine,
Penetrating deep into the earth.
And with each breath,
These roots grow deeper and stronger,
Anchoring you firmly to the ground.
As you breathe in,
Imagine drawing up the energy of the earth through these roots.
Feel this energy as a warm,
Nurturing force,
Moving up through your feet or spine and spreading throughout your body.
Picture it as a light,
A glow,
A warmth that fills every part of you,
Providing you with strength,
Stability and grounding.
And as you exhale,
Release any tension or negativity that you may be holding on to.
Imagine it flowing down through these roots and being absorbed by the earth.
Picture the earth neutralizing these energies,
Transforming them into something positive and useful.
And with each breath,
You become more grounded,
More connected to the earth.
As you breathe in,
You feel these roots providing you with strength,
Stability and grounding.
And as you exhale,
You release any tension and you picture the earth neutralizing these energies,
Transforming them into something positive and useful.
Now allow yourself to bask in this connection,
This deep sense of groundedness.
Feel the strength and stability of the earth supporting you,
Nourishing you.
And recognize that you are a part of the earth and the earth is a part of you.
And this connection,
This unity is always present,
Always available to you.
So take a few moments to hold on to this feeling,
This sense of connection and stability.
Let it fill you with a sense of peace and calm.
You are grounded.
You are stable.
You are deeply connected to the earth.
You can also repeat these affirmations.
I am grounded.
I am stable.
I am deeply connected to the earth.

And when you are ready,
Slowly start to bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.
You can wiggle your fingers and toes.
You can stretch your body gently.
And when you feel ready,

Just like the earth,
You are strong,
