Now, let's take a moment to go deeper and cultivate happiness within ourselves through guided meditation. In this practice, we will delve into the power of gratitude and affirmations to create a sense of joy and contentment in our lives. Through this meditation, we will learn to release negativity, embrace positive thinking, and nurture our inner happiness.

Welcome to today's meditation.

Let's take a moment to find a comfortable position whether sitting or lying down and once you are ready you can close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath allowing it to flow naturally in and out of your body and with each breath feel yourself becoming more relaxed and at ease.

Let's take a deep breath in and a slow exhale.

Take a deep breath in and a slow exhale.

One more time take a deep breath in and a slow exhale.

Now I invite you to bring your attention to the present moment.

Let go of any worries or distractions from the outside world.

This is your time to nurture your inner happiness and as you settled into this state of calm we will explore two powerful practices that can cultivate happiness within you.

Gratitude and affirmations.

So begin by reflecting on moments of gratitude in your life.

Think about the things that you are thankful for big or small.

It could be the support of your loved ones,

The beauty of nature or even the simple pleasures of everyday life.

Allow a warm feeling of gratitude to fill your heart.

So what are you thankful for?

Now take a deep breath in and as you exhale silently repeat the following affirmation.

I am grateful for all that I have in my life.

I am grateful for all that I have in my life.

I appreciate the abundance of blessings surrounding me.

I appreciate the abundance of blessings surrounding me.

Continue to focus on gratitude and these affirmations allowing them to uplift and inspire you.

Feel the positive energy flowing through your body,

Filling you with joy and contentment.

I am grateful for all that I have in my life.

I appreciate the abundance of blessings surrounding me.

Now let's shift your attention to affirmations specifically related to your happiness and I invite you to repeat the following affirmations silently or out loud as you wish whichever feels most comfortable for you.

Present moment and find joy in the simple pleasures of life I release any negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones I release any negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones I choose happiness every day knowing that it is within my power to create a joyful life I choose happiness every day knowing that it is within my power to create a joyful life I am grateful for the lessons and growth that come from both joyful and challenging experiences I am grateful for the lessons and growth that come from both joyful and challenging experiences allow these affirmations to resonate within you reinforcing your belief in your own happiness and well-being feel the weight of any negative emotions or self doubt lifting off your shoulders as you embrace the power of positive thinking I invite you to take a moment to breathe in deeply filling your lungs with fresh air and exhale slowly releasing any tension or stress and as you breathe out imagine all the negativity leaving your body making room for happiness and peace to enter feel the peace and tranquility within you knowing that you have the power to cultivate happiness in your life embrace this idea that happiness is not something external to chase but a state of being that you can nurture from within and as we come to the end of this meditation gently bring your awareness back to the present moment wiggle your fingers and toes and when you are ready open your eyes and I now invite you to carry the feelings of gratitude positivity and happiness with you as you continue your journey remember happiness is a choice and you have the ability to create a life filled with joy and fulfillment thank you for joining this meditation may happiness always be a guiding light on your path and for more meditation and wisdom talks feel free to follow me bye for now
