We get to create the story of our lives.
Not just what we want to do,
But how we want to see things,
What we want to believe,
And how we choose to feel.
Yet while living in the busy moments of our lives,
It can be hard to see where we are not making our own choices,
Blocking us from making the changes necessary to live the story that we want.
In this meditation,
We will first bring ourselves into the present moment,
Then work with our higher self and intuition to learn how to best make the changes that we desire,
And even understanding what we want our story to actually be.
Begin by getting yourself into a comfortable position,
Allowing yourself to relax into the space,
Letting your body melt into the space that is holding you.
As you do so,
Begin observing how your body feels,
Noticing any tension,
Any tingling,
Any sensations,
Acknowledging how your body feels,
Not judging it,
Just observing.
Allowing your mind to release anything that does not feel good or that is bothering you.
Turn your attention to your breathing.
Notice the flow.
Is it shining?
Is it burning?
Is it burning?
Is it burning?
Is it burning?
Is it burning?
Is it burning?
Is it burning?
Is it burning?
Notice the flow.
Is it shallow?
Deep?
Is your inhale or your exhale longer?
Begin to make your exhale longer than your inhale,
Breathing in for a count of four and exhaling for a count of five,
Staying with that count while only paying attention to your breath.
Release the breath.
Allow it to flow naturally.
Ask yourself,
What part of my story do I want to rewrite?
What lies have I been telling myself around this?
What do I want that part of my story to look like or feel like?
What do I want that part of my story to look like?
What do I want that part of my story to look like?
How do I begin to rewrite this?
What is my first step?
What is my second step?
Ask your higher self,
Is there anything else that you need to know?
What is my second step?
What is my second step?
What is my second step?
Now take a moment to allow all the information that has come to you to integrate into your mind,
Body,
And soul.
Return your attention to your breath,
Noticing any changes in it or in your body.
Allow yourself to begin to become fully aware of the space that you are in,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Noticing any colors or sounds around you,
Gently reawakening to your day.
I encourage you to take a moment and journal about what you discovered and begin to make a plan to implement what you have learned.
Allow yourself to continue to receive information after this meditation.
Recreating your story can take time.
You might get one piece of information now and another later.
Journaling and doing this meditation over allows for more information to flow to you as you recreate your story.
