In this meditation,
We are going to tap into the wisdom of our body to understand what we're feeling and what we need to do.
Our bodies hold emotion.
Our bodies keep what we're feeling inside when we're not processing them or when there's more to learn.
By tapping into what's going on in our body,
It's easier to gain access to what may be blocking you.
If you want more information on the actual mechanics of this,

Those will actually allow you to get the information that you need to understand why there's so much wisdom in our bodies.
In the meantime,
This meditation is going to take you into your body to find what messages are hiding there for you.
Let's begin by creating connection to our bodies.
Get in a comfortable seated or laying down position and take a deep breath in and exhale.
Breathing in and exhale.
Breathing in and exhale.
Now I want you to imagine at the base of your spine is a healing white light full of energy.
I want you to pull that up your spine,
Up into your head and connect it with the universe.
Imagine a flow of energy from that base of your spine all the way up to the universe.
Imagine it flowing in and out,
Up and down.
While you're imagining this flow,
I want you to continue that deep breathing at your own pace.
I want you to continue that deep breathing at your own pace.
Now,
I want you to scan your body.
I want you to look for any pain or sensations.
When you find the first place that has a sensation or a pain,
I want you to circle in on that part of your body.
Just feel it.
Just connect with it right now.
Now I want you to ask that part of your body what it needs you to know.
Why is there pain there?
Why might there be a tingling sensation?
What is it trying to communicate to you?
Or what is it holding onto?
What is it trying to communicate to you?
What is it trying to communicate to you?
What is it trying to communicate to you?
As you begin to get information from this part of your body,
Continue to ask it questions about the information it is trying to provide you.
Does it want you to do something?
Is there an action that you need to take?
Is it just wanting to be heard?
Take your time and get the information that you need.
If nothing is coming,
Ask it if there is another piece of information it is holding onto.
What is it trying to communicate to you?
What is it trying to communicate to you?
When you have completed one part of your body,
Do another scan.
Is there anywhere else on your being that needs to communicate with you?
Continue through this process with each body part that wants to speak to you.

Now let's take time to thank our bodies.
Thank you for all the information that has provided you.
Thank you for holding on to that information until you are ready to hear it.
Now take a deep breath in and exhale.
And tell your body it can release that information.
It no longer needs to hold on to it.
You have it and will take care of it.
Now take another deep breath in and exhale.
And another deep breath in and exhale.
And another deep breath in and exhale.
Slowly begin to wake yourself back up.
Moving your fingers,
Toes,
Opening your eyes.
Let's do one final deep breath in together.
Inhaling.
And exhaling.
