Start making your inhales and your exhales longer and deeper.
Inhale the renewing and fresh air and energy of today and exhaling and letting go of last night,
Of yesterday,
Of everything you want to let go of.
Beautiful.
Now gently start bringing your attention back to your body.
Feel how your body is held,
Is carried by a surface below you.
Surround yourself in this very moment.
Let go of stress,
Anxiety,
Negativity,
Worries.
Let it all sink into the earth.
Let it go.
Feel your body softening.
Beautiful.
And now bring into your mind all of the beautiful things that you can be grateful for today.
You can be grateful for your bed,
The fact that you woke up,
Your heart is beating,
You are breathing.
Allow your whole life and all the things that you can appreciate to unfold before your eyes on a screen of gratitude.
Feel your heart opening as you reflect on your gratitude.
And now visualize how you want your day to go today and set an intention for today.
See yourself going about your day,
Living your life and reflect on what you can invite today to make that happen.
As you visualize and as you call in a focus of today,
Take a deep breath in,
Allow your intention to become crystal clear and let it go as you exhale.
We will do some meta breathing,
Some loving kindness breathing.
So I want you to visualize a group of people that you love or it can be one person as well.
Start breathing into your heart and repeat these affirmations to this person or these people.
May you be happy.
May you be loved.
May you be safe.
May you be at peace.
Keep breathing in deeply into your heart.
Feel how you are evoking this warm feeling of loving kindness.
And now we will also send ourselves some loving kindness.
Take a deep breath in of that energy,
