It can be laying down or maybe you feel more energized and want to sit up straight.
Once you've nestled in,
Bring your awareness into your body.
Become aware of the rising and falling of your belly and with each inhale and exhale that you take,
Our body has this natural cleansing process for us.
As you become aware of the natural flow of your breath,
I want you to visualize that you find yourself on a beautiful beach.
You become aware of the sound of your own breath now.
And this sound resembles the sound that the waves make as they roll onto the shore and then make their way back into the ocean.
You start walking now towards the water and you feel how the water touches your feet and with every wave that passes,
Your feet sink deeper and deeper into the sand,
Into the earth below you.
You feel a sense of groundedness,
Balance,
As you feel your feet and toes buried in the sand and allow any heaviness to flow down through the soles of your feet,
Deep into the earth below you.
With your next inhale,
Imagine you are breathing in this fresh,
Clean ocean air and you are exhaling any old energy from last night or yesterday.
With your next inhale,
Welcome in peace and exhale out any worries or stress around today.
With your next inhale,
Welcome joy into your body.
Exhale out sadness.
Inhale love.
Exhale out anger and resentment.
Inhale trust.
Exhale anxiety.
Inhale calm and peace.
Exhale worrying and worrying.
Inhale nourishment and soothing.
Exhale pain.
Inhale gratitude.
Release any negativity,
Any fears.
From this cleansed and balanced place,
Take a moment to form a mantra,
An intention for today.

What is most important to you?
How do you wish to feel today?
Allow this feeling to turn into a word.
What is your word for today?
While you're still on this beach,
Write down your word of the day in the sand.
The sand is soft and beautiful as you start to write down your word.
You now take a last glance at the beautiful blue sky that seems empty without a cloud in the sky.
The same as your mind feels empty and quiet now.
The ocean is calm and relaxed like your body is at this moment.
You take one last glance at this beach before you leave and you see how the waves are washing over your word of the day.
It's now been released deep into the ocean and it's being sent out into the world,
Into your day.
And you now slowly walk away from this beach and you find yourself back into the room that you are in right now and you hear the different sounds around you.
You feel your bed or your chair that's supporting your body.
Let's take a last deep breath in and release.
When you feel ready,
Gently open your eyes.
