Begin to take a deep,

Full breath in and exhale out,

Noting the air in and around your body in space,

Softening with each breath,

Arriving to the moment,

To you.

Extend each inhale and each exhale.

And as you take another deep breath in,

Fill the air all the way up to the top of your head,

Hold.

Take another breath in,

Sip in a little more air through the nose.

Sip in even more air.

Acknowledge the abundance of air that is available to you at all times.

Take another breath in,

If you can,

Hold it.

Notice what it's like to hold your breath,

To feel some discomfort in not exhaling just yet.

Begin to experience what it's like to hold.

Hold,

Clear the thoughts,

And then exhale out,

Hold at the bottom,

Hold.

Notice what it's like to hold,

To be the one in control of your breath,

And also to miss the air,

Miss the inhale,

Miss breathing it in.

So you may experience the gratitude,

The appreciation for the air that keeps you alive.

Take a breath in,

Pull in that abundance of air,

As you begin to notice a bright white shimmering light appear,

Notice where it is,

Is it close,

Is it far,

Is it on you,

Wherever it is,

Observe and start to take in this openness to receive,

Releasing any guardedness,

Shields,

Barriers,

Resistance to the receptivity,

You are a magnet,

A magnet for that which you embody.

How is it you want to feel?

Bring that up in you right now with this light,

The light provides the energetic magnetic state that you already are,

That you have more access to,

A trust,

A knowing,

And as you bring this light to shine,

Not on anything or anyone else,

You do not need to shine for any reason other than it's you,

Naturally shining a light in and around your whole body,

Feel into the tingle sensation,

Notice as this light and air moves to the top of your head,

Bring your attention to the top,

To the crown of your head,

And start to pull that light down into the muscles of your brain,

The receptors of the brain,

The pathways,

The neurotransmitters,

Start to activate the DNA light codes that already exist in your brain and down through your body,
