And start to come into your seat and take notice of where you are right now and you're welcome to take a deeper full breath in to fill the whole body with air and a deeper breath out through your pores,
Through your skin.
Consider breathing another area of your body.
Begin to let the muscles in your stomach,
Around your diaphragm,
Lungs really release as you take another deep full belly breath in,
Release the muscles.
Everything softens,
The stomach and chest expand and then take an exhale out as the stomach starts to contract inward to let all the air out.
Notice the impact of your breath on your body,
Your mind,
Your heart space,
Your spirit,
Your essence.
As you begin to melt deeper and deeper into yourself,
Into this moment.
And you're welcome to set an intention for your practice,
The intention that resides in the center of your heart,
Your deepest longing,
Deepest desire,
The energetic tone of how it is you would like to feel.
And start to bring that energy into your awareness and sensory experience right now as if you are creating it in this moment.
What does it taste like,
Smell like,
How does it sound or to your touch,
What you may see,
What you would believe,
Think and feel in this state.
And notice the air in and around your body in space and start to bring your attention to the air above your head in space.

The gentle awareness and start to draw your attention down into the muscles of your brain,
Softening in and around the muscles of your brain.
Attention down to the forehead,
Release of the wrinkles in your forehead,
Down into the eyebrows and each eye,
Eye socket,
The muscles in and around your eyes,
Awareness gently behind the back of your eyes,
Clarity,
Clearness in your sight.
Attention to each ear,
Inner ear,
Ear canal,
Eardrum,
Quality of sound,
The sound before the sound.
Attention to your cheekbones,
Down to your nose and each nostril,
The air,
Fresh air that moves through each nostril.
Notice the space below your nostrils,
Just above your upper lip.

Down around your chin and mouth,

Opening the space,
The channel between your head and chest,
Air that breathes up into your head,
Through your throat,
In a gentle stimulation in the back of your throat.

Right arm,
Upper arm,

Top of your hand,
All five fingers alive,
Filled with energy.
The center of your right palm,
Attention to the center of your right palm,
Whole right hand,
Awareness back up through the right arm,
