Welcome to your guided,
Non-sleep,
Deep rest practice.
Inside you exists a universal,
Unconditional love.
And often,
We lose access to this love through the ebbs and flows and hustle and bustle and busyness of our culture and society.
And perhaps through other stressors and traumas that have occurred with being human.
And as we can come to this state of awareness and even acceptance of our shared humanity and humaneness,
We can evolve.
We evolve through the tools,
Through the engagement,
Through the practices that connect us with our own energy.
And you are here,
Meant to be here.
That all there is right now is this.
So I invite you to come to your most comfortable position,
Whether seated or lying down,
A pillow or blanket.
And then take a deep,
Full breath in to arrive.
And exhale to settle in to your cozy nest or cocoon with self and all that is around you.
And request your mind to inform your brain to send the signals down to your inner system to be present,
To soften,
To notice.
Draw your attention closer and closer and closer to self.
You may notice the natural rise and fall of your inhales and exhales.
You may even extend and lengthen each inhale and each exhale.
And begin to notice the air all around you in space.
Move your attention to the top of your head in space.
Start to draw your attention down and around the muscles of your brain.
Loose more spaciousness in and around the muscles of your brain.
And a place of rest.
The more space between each thought,
The more space between each breath.
To move beyond feeling your thoughts or thinking your feelings.
To be.
To draw your attention down and around the muscles of your eyes.
A clearness in sight.
Attention down to the muscles around your ears and inner ears,
Ear canals,
Eardrums.
Equality in sound.
Attention and air into your cheekbones and down to your nose and nostrils.
Fresh air that moves in and out of each nostril.
The space below your nostrils and above your upper lip.
Aware.
Alive.
Felt.
Experienced.
Through you.
Attention down into your jaw and chin.
Lips and teeth.
Tongue.
Roof of your mouth.
Whole mouth.
Loose.
Unhinged.
To bring the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
Gently behind your upper teeth.
A release of dopamine.
Soothed.
Attention down through your throat.
A gentle stimulation in the back of your throat.
A hum.
Like the sound of Aum.
Signals down into your inner systems to relax more and more.
Attention down into your right shoulder.
Right arm.
Upper arm.
Elbow.
Forearm.
Wrist.
Hand.
Fingers.
Thumb.
Pointer finger.
Middle finger.
Ring finger.
Pinky.
Whole hand.
Alive.
Attuned.
Attention back up the right arm.
Right shoulder.
Collarbone.
Over to the left shoulder.
Left arm.
Upper arm.
Elbow.
Forearm.
Wrist.
Hand.
Fingers.
Thumb.
Pointer finger.
Middle finger.
Ring finger.
Pinky.
Whole hand.
Alive.
Vibrant.
The center of your left palm.
Tingle sensation.
Back up the left arm.
Left shoulder.
Right into the center of your heart.
A stirring.
An energy.
In the center of your heart.

Invite you to set an intention.

Your Sankalpa,
Your heart's deepest longing.
The energetic feeling tone of that which you deeply desire ignites itself through you.
As that energy stirs and expands and grows bigger and bigger.
Your intention to move through and in tension.
An enhanced capacity for tension and unpleasant emotions.
Your ability to experience them safely now.
Changes on the subatomic level through the center of your heart.
As this moves down deeper and deeper.
Down through the center of your stomach.
Down deeper and deeper.
Into your lower belly.
Right hip.
Right leg.
Thigh.
Knee.
Shin.
Calf.
Ankle.
Foot.
Top of your right foot.
Sole of your right foot.
Toes.
Heel.
The nerve endings of your right foot.
Grounded.
Energized.
Electric.
Alive.
Vitality.
Back up the right leg and right hip and over to your left hip.
Left leg.
Thigh.
Knee.
Calf.
Shin.
Ankle.
Left foot.
Top of your foot.
Sole of your foot.
Heel.
Toes.
Nerve endings of your left foot.
Alive.
Vibrant.
Filled with sensation.
Tingles of energy and frequency.
Vibration.
Lighter and lighter and lighter.
Back up the left leg.
Bottom.
Low back.
Mid back.
Upper back.
Whole back.
Spine.
In harmony.
Underneath your shoulder blades.
Top of your shoulders.
Release of weight.
Back of your neck.
Back of your head.

Aware.
Accepting.
This exactly as it is.
Breathing.
Whole body.
Breathing.
Body breathing your breath.
And breath breathing your body.
In this state of deep restoration.
Noticing your whole body experience.
The ability to be with self.
And the medicine of your own presence.
Creative.
Kind.
Love.
Beauty.
Abundance.
Expansion.
Peaceful.
Receptivity.
In the trillions of trillions of cells.
Repairing.
Repairing and replicating.
Revitalizing for you.
And slowly you may begin to come back.
To the room.
To yourself.
Notice your mind.
Your breath.
Your body.
And a protective vibration all around you.
So you may begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
And roll out in your wrists and ankles.
You may begin to move your body side to side.
Awakening and rested at the same time.
The ability to experience multiple things at once.
You may open your eyes if they were closed.
You may rub your hands together to create a swish sensation.
A tingle sensation.
A rise in vibration.
Notice this new perspective.
This new state that you were in.
As the effects will continue to integrate and absorb through you.
