Emotional Freedom Technique is an innovative practice to send signals into your internal systems to be present, calm, and safe in self. The tapping on various energy points activates your parasympathetic response to go into a state of rest. In this state one is better available to acknowledge what is disrupted, burdened, negative, and repressed or suppressed in self. We once bring the dark into the light. By following along to this guided practice, you will transform and alchemize your negative energy and beliefs into a state of connection, love, and contentment. This provides an opportunity to make changes in your subatomic, cellular level. Everything is energy! Active, revive, restore, and replicate cells, tissue, and neural pathways in you to feel energized, alive, radiant, abundant, and full of love.

Hello and welcome to an emotional freedom technique,

Otherwise known as tapping practice.

EFT and tapping is an innovative,

Evidence-based therapeutic practice in order to send signals to your inner system to be present,

To open,

To feel safe,

To come back into homeostasis.

And one thing I love about tapping is that you can really do it anywhere.

So sometimes you may do it in the middle of your day,

At your desk,

When you wake up in the morning,

And even in your car,

As long as you are able to still remain attentive to the other drivers and to the laws of the road.

Perhaps you're a passenger.

Tapping is a way to come back to self and when done with intention,

It is also a way to shift and make changes on the cellular level,

To acknowledge those inner negative core beliefs and parts of self that have existed for so long in support of you,

In protection,

Though maybe no longer needed.

And maybe those younger parts need you to lean in,

To give attention to them,

And then update them.

Let them know where you are now,

Your wisdom,

Your maturity,

Your ability to be with yourself and your emotions and open up to connect with your greatest,

Truest love.

So this is a tapping practice to support connection,

To open up any blockages,

To remove and shift and transform disruptions that have occurred.

So go ahead and begin to come into the present moment.

As I like to say,

Request your mind to inform your brain,

To send the signals down into your inner system to be present,

To invite in your own vitality,

Creativity,

Beauty,

Kindness,

Abundance,

Love,

Love,

Expansion,

Receptivity,

To be receptive to this practice,

To our connection,

My voice,

And your inner self.

I will go through the points by naming them.

You will take maybe one,

Two,

Three,

Four fingers,

Doesn't matter how much.

We'll tap on these energy centers of the body from the chest up.

There's really no right or wrong,

So if you're confused about what I'm saying,

Find a spot to tap on that's close to my cue.

And we'll begin.

So I invite you to take one hand,

Doesn't matter which hand,

And tap on the outside of your other hand.

So it's the karate chop point.

And so it's the outside of where your pinky is,

But down on your hand.

So not on your pinky,

Just below,

And begin to tap here.

And I'll repeat these statements three times.

You are welcome to say them out loud.

You're welcome to repeat them mentally to yourself.

So we'll tune in and acknowledge anything that's blocking.

So even though there may be this barrier or blockage between myself and my own connection,

I am okay.

Even though I may tend to have an invisible wall between myself and me,

My heart,

I accept myself.

Even though there is this wall that has prevented me from fully opening my heart to my own inner parts,

My own younger self,

I deeply and completely love,

Honor,

And accept myself and anybody else I come in contact with and anybody else this may affect.

And now take your tapping hand to the eyebrow.

So on the bony part of your eyebrow and tap here and notice the detachment,

The numbness,

The disconnection,

All of the disconnection,

All of my own disconnection to the side of the eye around the temple and the bone just below the temple.

Underneath the eye,

I'm aware of the barriers and blockages.

I am aware of the barriers and blockages underneath the nose,

In between your lip,

The top of your lip and your nose.

Tap.

And it's uncomfortable.

It's uncomfortable.

Down to the chin.

Tap on your chin.

Sometimes I don't even know it's occurring.

It's automatic.

Sometimes I don't even know it's occurring.

It's automatic.

Now down to the chest and collarbone.

You can use both hands or one.

Feel the tapping vibration.

Feel your energy rising in your ability to be aware and acknowledge.

I am an aware and I acknowledge the barriers.

I am aware and I acknowledge the barriers.

Now underneath your arm,

So to the side of the body,

By your side of your ribs,

Tap there.

And I feel alone.

I often feel alone.

Now to the top of your head,

The crown of your head,

Tap.

And sometimes I blame others.

Sometimes I blame others.

Back to the eyebrow.

But it is protective.

It is protective.

To the side of the eye,

Below the temple,

Below the temple,

This wall,

This barrier believes it's protecting me.

This wall and this barrier believes it's protecting me.

Underneath the eye,

On the cheekbone,

It doesn't want me to be taken advantage of.

It doesn't want me to be taken advantage of underneath the nose.

And it at times accommodates and pleases others for attachment.

It at times accommodates and appeases others for attachment to the chin.

It believes it had to do that to save those early attachment bonds.

Back to the chest.

And so I compromised myself and my authenticity.

I have compromised myself and my authenticity underneath the arm.

And I still do that sometimes.

To the top of the head,

Not blaming myself or others.

Not blaming myself or others.

Back to the eyebrow.

I notice the tendencies.

I notice the tendencies,

The tendencies to the side of the eye.

And I accept it.

I accept it.

Underneath the eye,

I'm here and I observe this wall,

This barrier,

This detachment.

I'm here and I observe this wall,

This barrier,

This detachment underneath the nose.

And it starts to clear and open up.

It starts to clear and open up to the chin.

It lets me see through it.

It lets me see through it to the chest.

How wonderful.

How wonderful.

Underneath the arm,

To be still and okay.

To be still and okay.

To the top of the head,

I am still and I am okay.

I am still and I am okay.

To the eyebrow,

I am here for myself.

I am here for myself.

To the side of the eye,

I'm making changes on the cellular level.

I'm making changes on the cellular level.

Underneath the eye,

I feel the changes already occurring.

I feel the changes already occurring underneath the nose.

And if I don't,

I still am here and accept.

And if I don't,

I still am here and accept.

To the chin,

My own fear.

My own fear to the chest.

My own doubt.

My own doubt underneath the arm that I might let someone down.

That I might let someone down to the top of the head.

That others have let me down.

That others have let me down to the eyebrow.

That I might let myself down.

That I might let myself down to the side of the eye.

Maybe I already have.

Maybe I already have underneath the eye and that's heavy.

That's heavy underneath the nose and I can be with it.

I can be with it.

To the chin,

Maybe I forgive it.

Maybe I forgive it.

To the chest,

I forgive myself.

I forgive myself underneath the arm and I forgive others.

I forgive others.

To the top of the head,

I'm here and I forgive.

I'm here and I forgive.

To the eyebrow,

And I open my heart.

I open my heart,

The side of the eye,

And I trust my heart.

I trust my heart underneath the eye.

That I'm reliable.

I am reliable underneath the nose because my love is always open and available.

My love is always open and available.

To the chin,

The connection is open and available.

The connection is open and available.

To the chest,

It exists even if not in physical presence.

It exists even if not in physical presence.

Underneath the arm,

Always in my heart.

Always in my heart.

To the top of the head,

I am always in my heart.

Aligned in body,

Mind,

And heart.

I am always in my heart.

Aligned in body,

Mind,

And heart.

You may slowly release the tapping.

You may notice the effects.

You may stay with your breath.

Stay with your breath.

And a sense of deep appreciation for the effects will integrate on their own to be in this space naturally,

Still,

Aware,

Accepting,

Connected,

And expanded.

Evolve with your breath.

That these are vessels to gain further access deep within yourself as there exists a universal love in you,

A wisdom,

A leader,

A guide.

And maybe you struggled to fully be able to get there,

Especially when you were little.

When we're little,

We don't know.

And maybe those who were expected to support us in that connection weren't available,

Weren't able to,

From their own wounds.

So we now do this for ourself regularly.

The effects are cumulative.

Notice your sense of self.

Maybe provide a warm hug.
