Remember that no matter what you're going through,
Whether it's your ordinary day,
You're dealing with some tough times,
There's always inside of you,
Parts that are asking for you to make peace with them.
And this is something we can do several times a day,
Just with a few breaths and a few gentle but powerful words towards ourselves,
Where we take time really to feel and infuse those words and their energy and meaning,
Bringing ourselves back into trust and alignment.
And feeling lighter and clearer in our energy as a result.
So just for a short space of time now,
Let's talk to those parts and make peace with them.
Let's make peace with ourself.
So whatever you're doing,
Just allowing yourself to become present with yourself.
Feel yourself breathing your own breath inside your body,
In your own inner atmosphere.
For a feeling of grounding,
It can feel good to feel your feet on the ground,
Whether you're sitting or standing.
Or any part of you that is connecting to the earth through your body,
Even if you're lying on a bed or chair.
And it can feel good to take our hands,
Palms down to our thighs to a feeling of settling and of landing.
And as you feel your breath,
With your inhalation,
Your belly and your chest expanding,
And with your exhalation,
That relaxing of everything.
Can you make a vow to yourself,
A sacred promise,
That just for this short time,
You're going to be kind to yourself and merciful.
You're going to welcome into your body,
Just as your body is welcoming your breath,
The knowledge that you can do this for yourself.
You don't have to wait for the world to release you from any debt or judgment.
You only need to come inside and offer yourself,
From your own compassionate good heart,
What you need.
To let yourself be free from the burden of the world.
From your own compassionate good heart,
What you need.
To let go of the burden of judgments and grudges against yourself,
Or perceived ones from the outside.
To land back into your true innate nature that is worthy and good.
That can be as wild or as peaceful and quiet as it wants to be in any moment.
The whole full spectrum of you is invited here,
And you are here for it.
Tune in for each inhalation.
And each exhalation,
Moving deeper towards yourself.
And the me that lives inside of you.
And saying hello to that me.
The one that thinks your thoughts,
Sees with your eyes,
Breathes your breath,
Feels its space,
Senses with its skin.
Say hello in a friendly way.
Recognize that you are a unique design of creation.
An exact imprint,
Like a fingerprint,
That belongs only to you.
Nothing to be copied or compared.
And coming back to that recognition and truth.
Honor yourself with these words.
And as you hear these words,
Receive them with your inhalation.
And with your exhalation let them settle deeply inside you and permeate your being.
Let's begin.
My dear self,
I honor you.
And though I know I haven't always paid you my full attention,
I want you to know I'm here.
I forgive myself for any perceived mistakes.
I forgive myself for any shame or blame I've laid upon myself.
I make peace and wish to make peace with the times I've been at odds with myself,
With my own thoughts and self-talk.
I wish to make peace with those times when I haven't been compassionate and understanding toward myself.
I make peace with the times when I returned to patterns that I thought I had healed and turned away from.
I know this happens and will happen again and I'm at peace with that.
I make peace with all the past versions of myself that were hard on me.
I make peace with all the present versions of myself that are hard on me.
And I make peace with all the future parts of myself throughout all time that may occasionally be hard on me again.
Deep breath in,
Full breath out.
And now in this space I invite you to take one hand to your belly.
One to your heart.
And simply breathing with yourself listen to any parts asking for something else from you,

Go to them now with your awareness like a warm embrace and smile into your body to all of these parts and say I love and accept all my parts.

This peaceful time.
Now just take a pause to feel inside your body knowing that the power of the energy of peace is permeating every cell in you.
The power of the energy of peace that you have offered yourself is being multiplied by infinity by the benevolent energies of the universe inside you now.
And you initiated that.
You activated that reality.
With your in-breath embrace that feeling and with your out-breath let it soothe all the parts of you that have waited for this moment and maybe been in suffering.
Showering these inner parts with love and peace.
Knowing now you are completely connected again to all the energies,
Vibrations of peace that are humming inside your body and permeating every cell.
Plumping your cells up with life and energy and vitality.
Leaving you feeling clear and light and abundant.
To finish and honour this practice take both your hands to your heart.
And say thank you.
Thank the light within you for seeing and receiving all the light and offering it directly into yourself.
And then when you're ready take a breath.
Take a stretch.
Open your beautiful eyes if they've been closed.
And look forward into the next moment ahead.
