Welcome,
And as you settle in,
Welcome yourself into this pause to sit in a space of kindness,

Compassion and love for just a moment.
And you can bring into awareness what is troubling you.
You can feel that in your body,
It may be in the form of an ache of some kind,
A tenderness.
Remembering it is okay to feel vulnerable,
There is strength in that,
And how this guides you back to the wisdom and power of compassion,
Kindness,
Acceptance,
Warmth,
All the wisest movements of life.
And bringing yourself back to that place from any other kind of space or feeling you've been in,
Just remembering now kindness,
Compassion,
Warmth,
Gentleness,
Love,
Encouragement,
Support.
All the wisest movements of energy,
The real qualities of life.
And they're here for you now,
Feel their presence,
Be part of that presence,
Be kind.
And place your hand on your heart,
And maybe the other hand over where the ache is.
And then let your breath meet your touch,
And send a whisper deep down where your breath and your touch are,
Where this place of worry or concern or hurt is.
Send that whisper down saying,
I care about you.
Say it again,
Let yourself receive it,
I care about you.
And one more time,
Breathing and feeling,
Softening everything.
Let yourself hear your own care,
I care about you.
Then let that go,
Let it sink in,
The caring sinking in with every breath,
Returning your care to you,
And also all the presence of kindness,
Love,
Caring and warmth in the universe flowing in to your wound,
The ache,
Healing,
Healing,
Healing.
Take a pause,
Recognizing how worthy you are of this care and how close to you it is in every moment.
Recognizing you chose to come here,
In this spirit of care and compassion.
