Greatness meditation.
In a quiet setting sit comfortably either on a chair,
On a sofa or on the floor.
You may even be in a picture of nature,
At the beach or in a park.
Just close your eyes and turn your attention to your breath and the natural rise and fall of your belly.
The older we get the more influenced we can become by what others think and feel about us.
Yet it's the person within that knows us best.
Absolutely every one of us,
You,
Me,
Everyone around us has gifts,
Talents,
Interests,
Skills and really great qualities that make us special,
Unique and individual.
So use this time to breathe in and just let go of any clutter or thoughts that may be rambling around in your mind.
Breathing in and letting go as you breathe out.
Take a minute now to think of five things that you are great at,
That you are naturally good at.
Things that you feel drawn to,
Be the way that you think,
The way you feel,
The way you see the world.
Just take a minute now to connect and go inward and label five things that you are great at.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Just connect with those five things now and allow yourself to feel really good inside sharing those great qualities with others.
See yourself now walking around your community.
Could be at school,
In your neighborhood,
At home,
Online,
Sharing a greatness,
Sharing those five great things that make you uniquely you.
You have so many things make you great and the older you get the greater your greatness will grow.
So remember take time to come inward,
To reflect,
Just let go of the outside world and step in.
Connect with your inner world with you.
