Music meditation.

Just take some time for yourself now to sit or lie down in a quiet and relaxing space,

Acknowledging any thoughts or feelings you may be having and just choosing to let them go.

Gently close your eyes now and turn your attention to your breath.

Notice the natural rise and fall of your belly and with each new breath,

Allowing yourself to let go and turn your attention to the music.
